The property itself was OK and it was located within a block of the beach. The room was oddly configured with the shower, which had a clear glass enclosure, in the main room, with only the toilet in a private enclosed space. Thus, there was no privacy for someone taking a shower.

Property was good for the price. No fees for checking out early is also much appreciated, you just hand in the room key and that’s that.

Parking lot is small. However, there are supermarkets and hamburger shops nearby, making it convenient.Only negative point is that he can hear the people talking next door.

This is a low key place in a great location. Walkable to the beach and restaurants with a grocery store next door. Parking is limited but free. If on the street keep an eye on when street cleaning day is so you dont get a ticket.
Clean and comfortable but not a-lot of extra amenities which is fine since so much to do in longbeach

The people in the neighborhood were so nice. But the hotel staff ask me about my towels and what they were dirty. The "clean" towels they gave me had stains. They knocked on the door even though I had a do not disturb sign and interrupted my meeting. No parking. Expensive cars or belongings are not protected on this property. They will keep your deposit always.

The staff ask me what the "red" is on my towels. They took a 100 dollar bill of mine and wouldn't give it back till they inspected the room. Very rude and uncomfortable. Dirty floor, dirty walls, mold in shower. no parking. No privacy. They gave me a room that looks nothing like the pictures. Very stressful
I will never go back and recommend noone else does.

This property was very reasonable for a one night stay. The room was clean when we got there and it's a 2 minute walk from the pier.

Check in was simple and easy. As we get to our room. It smelt like pee. Went to the bathroom and the bathroom light did not work at all. Brought both problem to the front desk. Did not take care of it at all. So we had to close the seat to the toilet and close the actual door to the restroom to avoid the smell. We used our dirt towels to wipe around the restroom to reduce the smell.
