Just off the tourist streets so quieter but not far to walk to be in the hub

Room clean
Someone walking up and down to toilet regularly from about 1am then washed pans for about 15mins at 2am. Also up again running water for what seemed like ages at 4am I didn’t have earplugs so got no sleep . Appalling behaviour .
Light from hall / toilet brightens room and curtain not big enough to cover window .

Room was very small. No warm water in the bathroom in the evening and in the morning. Door bathroom cannot be closed. No toiletpaper in the toilet. The room was on the 3rd floor. We have to climb up 6 stairs with 2 heavy suitcases. Most important: we did not feel safe without emergency exit.

Located just back off the Harbour this is in a great location and is very good value for money for a sole travellor. Kept very clean.

It was quick but very nice stay. The property is easy to find and they gave me very clear and helpful check-in instructions. The room was very clean and bottled water was very much appreciated. The property is right in the middle of the shopping/restaurants area on a one way traffic street. Of course you can hear the life of the city, so be prepared for that. Two great beaches are less than 10 min walk. Great stay - thank you!

I was unable to check in when I arrived at the property. I phoned the number provided. No answer. I had to find alternative accomodation. I was not contacted by the property until 7 hours after I tried to call them. I have been charged for the stay,but I never stayed there so I would like a refund.

Quite pricey if you're staying solo but then so is *everywhere* in southern Tenerife. Worth paying extra for a room with a balcony because standard doubles are pretty small. Great location. Very handy for the beach, port and shops. Clean & tidy.

It was okay for some where to sleep but the room service could of been better and some other customers were Dirtying the toilet and puking every where smoking ******** and flicking ash all over the sink area and I and my partner was cleaning it to use the toilet which was not out responsibility one toilet didnt flush and i was always asking for towels and letting the cleaners know i was leaving the room so they could come and clean it but they didnt come and clean it.one of showers is freezing cold the other was blocked the water wasnt running down intothe plughole.
