Property was conveniently located for my job. Was within easy walking distance of downtown and also right off of a tram stop. Breakfast was average. Rooms were comfortable but largely forgettable in terms of furnishings/art. Front desk staff were generally helpful ACCEPT for the lady who checked me in. I don't speak German and she seemed to go out of her way to not make an effort to help me complete their required checkin paperwork on an IPAD. It had a small icon for choosing language which she did not point out to me and which I missed. She had ample time to note I was struggling with completing the form but seemed to delight in my foibles. I'm an experienced international traveler and I do make an effort to communicate in the native language. She on the other hand was not so inclined.

towel rail needed in the bathroom, no coffee or tea, no fridge, but nice room and bathroom facilities.
Its a shame no restaurant on site even if simply fair after you have been traveling.

Simple, clean and efficient. Good value breakfast and very bike friendly in a climate conscious world. I need to write some extra to make my review long enough which is a bit silly, really I think brevity is nice.

We needed to arrive late, and the staff were just wonderful about staying up for us. It was very convenient to stay here, and it was clean.

Schönes und sauberes Hotel mit freundlichem Personal. Große geräumige Zimmer, welche keine Wünsche offen lassen. Mit einem guten Frühstück fängt der Tag schon herrlich an. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden sicherlich wieder kommen.

War zu einer Fortbildung da. Sehr freundlicher und kompetenter Service. Alles war sehr sauber. Lage ist zwar nicht ganz zentral aber zu Fuß oder mit der Bahn ist die Innenstadt gut zu erreichen. Zimmer sind sauber und groß.

Prima Hotel in der Mainzer Oberstadt. Trotz guter Verkehrsanbindung (Straßenbahnhaltestelle in unmittelbarer Nähe) ruhige Lage in zurückgesetzter Seitenstraße. Angenehme Atmosphäre, freundlicher Service.

Schönes Inklusionshotel mit tollem Konzept. Sehr komfortabel mit gemütlicher Ausstattung. Wir haben sogar kostenfrei vor dem Haus parken können. Leider nur eine Nacht. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem sauberen Zimmer.

Mein Stammhotel, wenn ich in Mainz bin. Immer freundliches Personal, saubere Zimmer und perfekter Service sind einfach überzeugend. Zudem arbeiten hier Menschen mit Behinderungen und zeigen, dass sie mindestens so gut arbeiten können, wie Menschen ohne Behinderungen. Weiter so.
