The room was nice and spacious. Clean.
The problem is that there was nobody at the reception in the evening when I arrived around 6.3pm and my phone could not connect so I had to ask people to call for me. In the end a letter was left outside for me but I wasn't warned.

Ich habe die Reservierung rechtzeitig storniert, schriftlich bei *******, schriftlich im Hotel. Leider habe ich keine Rückerstattung bekommen. Kundenfreundlichkeit sieht anders aus.

Das Hotel war ruhig in einer Siedlung gelegen
Der Transfer zur Stadt war unkompliziert in 400 m ist eine Bushaltestelle
Da es in einer 30 Zone liegt sind Parkmöglichkeiten zu genüge vorhanden

Ich hatte ein Comfort Einzelzimmer. Es war sauber und praktisch eingerichtet. Insgesamt merkt man, daß das Hotel in die Jahre gekommen ist. Das Personal war freundlich, wohl aber unterbesetzt. Restaurant geschlodsen, Rezeption nur zeitweise besetzt
Keine tägliche Zimmerreinigung. Gutes Frühstück. Gute Verkehrsanbindung. Für einen Kurztrip geeignet. 3Sternehotel ????

マインツ駅から徒歩30分くらいです。住宅街の奥のひっそりした緑の中にあるので、ある意味環境は抜群ですが、
周辺には、飲食店も商店もないので、都市の便利さを求める方には向かないかもしれません。
レセプションの女性は、とても明るくフレンドリーで、早い時間に着いたのに、｢準備ができてるから｣とのことで、すぐにチェックインさせてくれました。
お部屋は、レビューでも、やや否定的な意見があった地下一階でした。
私が泊まった11号室は、窓からの風も光も気持ち良く、問題なかったです。
もし、気になる方は、最初から上階を指定した方がいいと思います。
備品は、テレビは古くて、使えませんでしたが、ドライヤーは新しい物で、風力抜群で髪があっという間に乾かせました。
バスローブ、冷蔵庫、スーツケーススタンド、ズボンプレスなど、ちょっと気のきいた備品もありました。
部屋によって違うかもしれませんが、
5月の下旬は暑い中でも、部屋は冷房がなくても快適でした。
私にとっては、リラックスできる、とても居心地のいいホテルでした。

Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich. Unser Zimmer war einfach eingerichtet. Leider war das Bad so klein, dass man nur schräg auf der Toilette sitzen konnte. Das Frühstück war gut und die Auswahl ebenfalls. Für eine Übernachtung in Ordnung. im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels ist der Übernachtungspreis etwas hoch.
