My 2nd room is more spacious and get the ameneties I wanted 1st room was a disaster anyway hotel give its best to solve my issue and quite happy in the end. Also I do commend Jaypee from Trip.com customer service she is great solve my issue and dealt with hotel compensate as well for those inconvenience. Overall great experience.

I loved the hotels location as it is exactly infront of the mall and beside fast food restaurant and streetfood vendors.
I would recommend this hotel for those who have business travel within the city.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we needed. The bed was comfortable and we slept soundly each night. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city, with plenty of restaurants and attractions within walking distance. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Love the new room na pinaglipatan namin compare to our first room. Compare to their new built rooms. Some staffs are very accommodating, some of them lack of professionalism. But all in worth it naman. Sulit stay and sulit pera. Pwede na for overnight stay or pwedeng pansamantalng pahingahan. Next time ulit.

I'd like to commend the staff who offered us some seats when we are waiting for our booking to reflect on their system. Those who are working OUTSIDE the reception area are commendable, we waited for 30 minutes during that time and they were the ones who look after us, even though we availed the discounted room, I cant believe that we got an amazing service coming from those working OUTSIDE the reception. The housekeeping staffs were approachable. Good job.
