I traveled to the area to visit my son at Clarkson University. The places closer to campus were booked, so I ventured a little further out. The Blue Spruce was about 30 minutes away. I stayed in one of the King Rooms down a little pathway. The room was immaculately clean. The bed was very comfortable, not saggy or too soft or too firm. I had a little electric fire place in the room to combat the chill in the air. There was a full coffee set up with a drip pot, not a single cup brewer. And a large refrigerator, not dorm room sized. The woman who checked me in walked me to the room and asked if I needed anything else. I was only there for 1 night but I would absolutely stay there again.

Everything was in good condition and operable. The staff was very friendly and alerted me to our interior car light on. No frills but none were wanted. Two good restaurants and short drive to the St. Lawrence Seaway at night was very enjoyable. We walked everywhere and felt safe.

The room was nice, clean and spacious. The bathroom was large and clean, shower was perfect. Thought the price was a little out of line.

We stayed here while visiting a local college. The owners take real pride in their place, and it shows. Very clean and well maintained. Friendly people. They have an outdoor picnic area with a grill and a giant Jenga set. Will stay here again!

Multi-day stay for fishing trip. Good location and easy to find any needed businesses.
Hotel grounds were clean and kept up. Check-in was a breeze and clerk was extremely polite and took time to show you everything.
Room was big and extremely clean and well kept. Coffee and refrigerator in room was a huge plus.
Will definitely stay again when in the area.

We were greeted by two young ladies on Friday. Check in was made very easy they showed us to our room and gave us both keys and the Wi-Fi password and maps of the area. We asked about a breakfast spot👍Extremely helpful. Walking trails, “a footbridge, across the street from the property. My husband also found bike paths. The beds and bath were clean. Good size refrigerator and freezer and coffee pot. I gave the Blue Spruce 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 5 stars. We will be back to visit. The St Lawrence river and Grass river are walking distance
