Although the location is close to JR Matsuyama Station, it is quite far from the downtown area, and I felt that the location was subtle.
The building is old and doesn't look very clean.
I asked for a non-smoking room, but the smell of cigarettes was terrible and it was quite painful.

松山駅に近い格安ビジネスホテル。格安だけあって、建物は古く、シャワールームも狭く使いづらい。防音の状態も良くなく、伊予鉄の踏切の音や、車・路面電車の走行音が気になる。ただ隣室の物音は聞こえなかった。無料の夕食・朝食が提供されている。早い者勝ちであるし、格安ホテルの無料提供なので、せっかくのご当地料理を食べるため、利用しなかった。駅前ではあるが、松山駅自体が繁華街ではないので、周囲にはお店が少ない。この点もマイナス要素。
