AR 218 is an excellent location, right in the midst of things in Condesa and easily walkable to Roma Norte etc. Having a small kitchen was great. Totally recommend for anyone staying more than a few days in CDMX.

I wouldn’t hesitate for a moment to recommend ULIV and the AR218 hotel to anyone traveling to CDMX. The location was perfect and the staff couldn’t have been more professional or accommodating (thank you, Andrea!!). The room was wonderful – perfectly clean and super quiet, excellent layout with plenty of room, an incredibly comfortable bed, a kitchenette set up with all necessary wares, large bathroom with plenty of towels and an excellent shower. The rooftop patio was an added bonus!! Thank you all for a wonderful stay!

The location is excellent. Close to good restaurants, coffee houses, boutiques.
There are small issues that are inconvenient for a traveler. You’ll need to review the room and then track down a hair dryer, enough towels if there’s more than 2 of you in the room, toilet paper and tissues. It also pretty noisy with people walking on the metal stairs in the wee hours and patrons with barking dogs as well.

Place was good.
Was secure and clean and staff are great.
Only issue was it was cold at night and no heater. They had a wall unit which was for air con but no heating.

The apartments felt safe and in a great location. Starbucks in the lobby was so convenient for a snack. Walls are paper thin and the heater didn’t work. Bathroom was luxurious.
