Located at center of the city, restaurants, convenient stores, banks all near by. Staff is nice and friendly, clean rooms, restaurent downstairs in case you dont want to walk far. highly recommended. Not many ameties but Worth for the price you pay.

The hotel is in a very nice location, a couple of blocks from Avenida Paseo de la Reforma. The room was very clean and there was a walk-in shower in the bathroom. A nice ce upgrade would be to have USB ports by the nightstand.
My issue is with Trip.com. I paid in advance for 3 rooms- one for me and one each for two friends. When I booked the rooms, I listed each of us separately on the online form. I received my confirmation by email and assumed that so did my friends. When we arrived at the hotel, I checked in without issue but when my friends tried to, they were told that no reservation existed for them. This is despite the fact that I had paid by credit card for all three rooms on one transaction. A call to Trips.com did nothing to fix the situation. The reservation number I gave them only had my room listed.
My only option now is to dispute the charge once my credit card statement arrives.

the bristol hotel have and a good location not on a busy street but walking distance to el Angel and the mail street.
the personel is very helpfull and very accessiible to taxis
