It is an apartment. Do not expect any in room service or cleaning. Room is specious with big TV. There is a microwave and washing machine in room. If their room price is similar to normal hotel, I wont stay here.

I stayed one night here . I enjoyed my stay here. The staff was helpful and fast… checking was easy … the only thing that would help as a English speaker is some instructions in English for the air con and TV…

繁華街に近く飲食店やコンビニまで徒歩で行けます。
アパートの一室のような部屋です。キッチは無いですが冷蔵庫、洗濯機がありました。バスルームとトイレが別になっているので使いやすくてよかったです。
宿泊当日は駐車場の空きがなく、近くの同じ系列のホテルの駐車場を案内してもらいました。

ファミリーマートも近くて便利です。

学生時代の一人暮らしを思い出すような1Kの間取り。
洗濯機があり、浴室乾燥も付いていたのでコインランドリーに行かなくても洗濯が出来て有難かった。
チェックアウトも鍵を返すだけなので楽。

チェックインを一度したら帰りはキーをポストに返却なので楽ちん。繁華街に近いので便利。コンビニまで1分？部屋も綺麗で浴室乾燥が便利。ただ、ハンガーが足りないのでもう少し欲しかった。エアコンの効きも良く静かでよく眠れました。

ホテルというより、家電付き単身アパートです。便利で広く快適でした。特に、洗濯機後の浴室乾燥は助かりました。立地もいいですが、そもそも車で行ったので、交通量で騒音あり。他にもKINJOロゴを2ヶ所で見かけたので、この店舗じゃなくても良かったなと反省してます。

良い所（バイク行動でした）
・どこにでも行きやすい
・ドンキー、飲食店、エニタイムジムも近い
・洗濯機、電子レンジ、冷蔵庫あり
・浴室乾燥
良くない所
・とにかく隣や上下の階の扉の開閉や椅子の引きずる音などが響く
・ベッドメイキングなどはそれぞれ別途1000〜3000円かかります（五日間宿泊したのでせめて3日に一回などはやってほしかった）
・タオル交換（一日一回まで）は受付がいる時にお願いする、ゴミ捨てはまとめて玄関に置く
・1番上に（六階）に泊まりましたが載せてあるような景色は見れません
※まとめるともう少し予算を上げてちゃんとしたホテルの方がよかった。
なんだか、家にいる気分。
あとは近隣の騒音が酷い時は夜中3時まであったので寝られなかった。
立地はいいので神経が図太い人なら良いかと思います。
