Hotel is fairly new. 10 minutes walking to old town where are all the historical sites and restaurant located. The restaurant next door offer very good food, if you do not want to walk to old town. You can choose your pillow which is pretty good. Bed is firm. The on5 complain I have is there is no electric pot for boiling water. The water from the coffee maker smell coffee, so not a good replacement.

It is considered the best local hotel on Ctrip. The quilt in Suite 101 was not very comfortable. There were no windows in the bedroom and bathroom. Only the living room had windows. It felt stuffy. It is within walking distance of the Ferrari Museum and Maserati Museum, as well as the town center.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Best Western Milano! The staff was great and very helpful. We especially enjoyed the assistance from Igor, who had great restaurant recommendations and also booked us multiple local tours.

This is the second time I've stayed at Best Western Premier Milano Palace Hotel. It is so clean, beautiful, and the staff is quite nice.
It is short walk to the local square and then you're connected to all the shops and restaurants.
The rooms are very clean, super comfortable beds, the tub is oddly highly, so if this is an issue for you, you should let them know...lastly the breakfast is fantastic. I wish I had an espresso right now.

Our tour chose this hotel as our base for our 5 day stay. They made an excellent choice as this was a very nice hotel located in a very convenient are of town. Walking to the main streets of Modena took just minutes and we felt safe all the way. The staff was very lovely and was attentive if we had a request. Fabrizio, the concierge greeted us with a big smile every morning and took care of anything we might request like a taxi to the Bologna Airport.The continental breakfast each morning was just amazing. They also have a pillow menu!!!! You can choose the type of pillow you want in your room. Finally, it was just a great place to end each evening after a long day of touring.

Very nice room, clean, comfortable and very nicely decor. Excellent service from the staff. The hotel clerk Igor, in particular, always helped me with a smile tried to solve and issue I had with transportation to a tour. Everyone was attentive and kind.
