Nice place, nice concept, nice people. The place is perfectly priced in an absurdly priced nonsense of a city.
People should be paid to go to Italy and even more to the run down thiefs' den that is Modena.
Yet there are ones going there to whatch people racing with completely useless cars and some fo those may anjoy the set-up of one of the rooms...
So, if along your penitence path to redemption you happen to be in Moden, I strongly suggest wasting your money at this place much better than similarly priced other ones.

Our reservation was cancelled. They said they sent an email two days before but we never got it. Showed up at the door and were told we had no room. Luckily, we were able to find a better hotel two blocks away.

The staff is very nice. We stayed in the Duse room. The furniture is too large for the size of the room & made it hard to get around. There wasn’t any type of closet, so we had to store luggage in the extra room. The extra room did have a clothes rack with a few mix matched hangers. The mattress needs to be replaced as well as the bed pillows. The bathroom has a new shower that was nice but the shelf over sink was about to fall down & leaned really badly making it difficult to use. The worst part of the bathroom was definitely the cracked toilet seat! We had to cover it with a bidet towel to be able to use it. Breakfast is brought to your room and was good. No utensils provided, so unable to eat yogurt or cut up fruit.

The property was a short walk from the train station. It was also a short walk to Central Modena. I really loved the way the property was decorated. I got to see another room besides mine and the guy that furnished these rooms has a fabulous sense of style. I cannot recommend this property enough. I loved having a kitchen. I would give this property an A+++ for style and accommodation. Very fun.

Great location walkable to all there is to see in Modena. Spacious room. Very friendly staff even was gifted their families balsamic vinegar.

Excellent experience apart from the unfortunate evening of the 31st with people playing and drumming and singing loudly until 2 in the morning, in which not even the glass in the room managed to mitigate, otherwise everything was ok. Excellent room, good breakfast, and served in the room.

Ottimo b&b nel centro d Modena. Hai tutto nel giro d 10/15 minuti. Fighissimo l'apt Jacovitti con arredamento anni 70...sembrava d stare in un film d Dario Argento dei tempi d'oro! Comoda la colazione direttamente in camera. Rapporto q/p molto elevato, da prendere sempre in considerazione!
