The room smelled musty, we couldn't tell if it was the chair or the carpet - I think the carpet, room got a lot of street noise but it is located on a busy street. For the cost and the location price was reasonable. The staff was nice.

Unit next door played loud music until 5am. I should have called front desk. Alley way behind propert gets some questionable activity.

The place was clean but you could hear the noise from adjacent room. It was difficult to sleep at night and during the day you can hear the yard maintenance noice from lawnmower to leaf blower.

Had a short business trip. The hotel is right in downtown Modesto. Walking distance to and food you’ll want.
The hotel is very clean and staff very friendly.

Hotel and check-in were nice. Attended the hot breakfast at 6:15am, the eggs were cold and the sausage were cold like they had been there overnight. Breakfast started at 6am?

Location was close to downtown activities. Staff was excellent. Breakfast was good. I will recommend it and will stay here again
