Fabulous location with far stretching views out to monopoly. You need a car to get here but it’s a fab location to travel and explore the area. It is set in a beautiful olive grove, so tranquil yet life all around. We stayed in mid-october for 4 nights, the room was spotless and spacious, beautiful swimming pool, breakfast ok but great food for the evening, much better than we expected. We also travelled with 2 small dogs who were welcomed

This is a Very beautiful property and our room was very comfortable. The bathroom was a generous size. The pool area is also very nice and it is a short drive to monopoli. The property needs some care. The breakfast was a disappointment and the dining no room looks very tired. Replacing the chipped crockery (a hygiene risk) and adding some soft Italian music would help.

Lovely staff. Hospitality was excellent. Views were peaceful and spectacular. Proximity to towns and beaches were great. Will come back. Thank you for a lovely stay

My impression is that this is a hotel that is strongly focussed on the wedding business. Arriving as a non-wedding guest, it all seems a bit empty, with large top table, huge catering kitchen and spaces catering for large groups, which contribute to a poor atmosphere in the hotel. Hotels can be either hospitable or exploitive, and in this case, it was hard to see much evidence of hospitality - charging 5 euros to borrow a towel at the pool, no English version of their spa treatments, and general shrug of the shoulders as a response from several staff. At the restaurant, we were offered the wine we ordered after we had finished our meal. Positives are the great views of Monopoli, and clean rooms.

My spouse and I stayed at this lovely agriturismo at the end of a group tour of Sicily and Southern Italy. We greatly enjoyed the couple of days we spent there and wish our stay could have been longer. Situated at the end of a long driveway, the estate is nestled in a grove of ancient, gnarled olive trees that seem to still be producing, along with almond, lemon, and mandarin orange trees. You can hear and see a wide variety of birds. The setting could not be more idyllic or relaxing. Although it was a little too cold for swimming when we were there, the pool is beautiful. The food at Masseria Santa Teresa was exceptional. Along with deftly prepared Pugliese and vegetarian ("0 Mile Diet") specialties, Luigi's kitchen produced some truly innovative dishes. We're still thinking about the salmon crudo with dots of guacamole and fresh ricotta and a side of spiced wakame that we had for lunch. The service also went above and beyond. One morning I got to breakfast just as everything was being cleared away. Vito, who was in charge of the wait staff, saw what was happening and sent me a full plate of goodies. He took excellent care of everyone in our group. Our large room provided ample closet space, and the bed was comfortable. As we had seen in other Italian accommodations, however, form tended to trump function. For instance, the bathroom looked great but was hampered by a serious lack of shelving. I'm not sure if the woven bags provided for toiletries were supposed to be taken into the shower, which had no shelves for soap and shampoo. Likewise, the sink had no soap dish. Fortunately, these minor issues didn't affect our overall impression of the estate. We would be happy to return, perhaps when the weather is warm enough for swimming.

Enjoyable and high class accommodation in a traditional property in the South of Italy.

A Masseria with splendid views, spacious, clean rooms and very Good kitchen. Reasonable pricing. It is not family run, and therefor less connected to the guests. It has more of an hotel atmosphere. It is worthwhile to book. There is a large swimming pool, also with splendid views. A very Nice garden.

We have just come back from a wedding at this lovely family run Masseria, it was absolutely fabulous, wonderful food, sensational views, lovely accommodation along with a great pool. The staff all went out of their way to please everyone, nothing was any trouble for them. Looking for a wedding in Puglia - this is your place. thank you so much to all the wonderful staff.
