Hotel Boston is in a good location for everything in Montecatini- the train, grocery store, good restaurants and an abundance of shopping. Montecatini Alto is a pleasant way to spend an afternoon. Day trips from here are extremely easy whether by train or car. Its an excellent base for your Tuscan travels.

The staff was outstanding from checking in, to room service, and breakfast each morning. The room was great. The breakfast was all that you could want. The staff manning the front desk were very professional, extremely helpful and friendly.

This is a lovely little hotel in a great location for exploring Tuscany. The staff at the front desk was friendly and helpful. The bar has amazing Happy Hour specials. We enjoyed the beautifully presented breakfast spread each morning. Rooms were spotlessly clean and comfortable. The showers were new and bathroom squeaky clean. Parking was easy and reasonably priced. We will definitely return when we visit Italy again.

My husband and I stayed here with our teen sons in the next room. We enjoyed staying here! In no particular order its strengths are: location, quality breakfast; really nice staff, very clean and has comfortable mattresses.

Rooms were good, clean. Breakfast buffet very good. Had a really noisy neighbor and was given a new room. The desk staff was very courteous and helpful. Lot of places to eat nearby and not too far from the train station.

Appallingly customer service would never stay again or recommend. Actually left the hotel a day earlier than booked. Got spoken to extremely abruptly by female breakfast staff (accusing me of stealing a side plate!) and by the head male kitchen/waiting staff, raised his voice to me. So upset that I checked out of the hotel a day early. Would definitely not recommend. Horrible miserable staff.
