Stayed at the hotel for 10 days, executive suite - does not match the suite! Breakfast every day is the same menu, for 10 days there was nothing new, the staff is not very friendly, the hotel is being renovated - paint smells in the rooms! The location of the hotel is excellent, it is clear that the owners are trying for people, they make a presentation of wine in the Hall in the evening, live music! Very clean bed, towels changed every day! Pools want better cleaning! Thanks for the rest!

We choose this hotel for the new year because we visit several times this hotel. We love the pools, food and the quite area but not the manners of the reception manager which he was rude to us instead give welcome to his guests.

Excellent hotel. Friendly efficient staff, lovely surroundings. Really relaxing holiday. We return regularly. Everything is maintained to a high standard. Now being able to eat in the Blue bar in the evenings is a bonus.

Just came back from happy stay at Hotel Terme delle Nazioni. From the moment we arrived, I felt nice, calm and relaxing atmosphere which was promising for a good stay and I wasn’t wrong😊 Very happy to stay in the lovely and comfortable white room, every personnel from the reception to dining/breakfast room were nice and kind…special thanks to Sig.ra T at the reception, who sorted a little issue with my reservation, took appropriate action with my email correspondence, and kindly let us check in early as we arrived quite earlier than their check-in time. Water in the swimming pool was perfect temperature and well maintained. It was good as there weren’t many people in and out of water at the time we were there. Dinner and breakfast was OK. It would be good if they offer freshly squeezed orange juice and more selections of cooked food for breakfast. Too bad Montegrotto terme is so far from home. I can’t wait for the soonest opportunity to return for the longer stay!

Very nice staff. Good place to take a rest. Excellent termal water. It was really nice stay at this hotel. Very close to train station. The swimming pool is open till 11pm. Blue bar is offering drinks and food.

We had such a good time that we returned to the hotel in two days to spend a bit more time near the pools in the lovely garden. The staff is super polite and helpful, we felt very well looked after all the time. It was quiet, comfortable with excellent spa and pools area even when the hotel was full. Highly recommended.

I can't believe that this place got so many good reviews. From check-in to leaving everything about this place was underwhelming. Because of a bad knee climbing in and out of the bathtub was difficult and we asked for a room with a shower and although they did move us to a nicer room , there was a shower in a bathtub with a shower door that was askew. There was no information given as to where anything was, what time meals were or even where meals were as breakfast is not in the main dining room. The food selection is minimal, either the fixed menu in the dining room or the very limited bar menu and because the hotel is on the wrong side of the train tracks, no close by alternatives. The pool was tepid not hot by any means. I saw there were bicycles but no information as to checking them out, any cost, whether locks were provided or any cycling maps although when I asked they were provided. There was no attempt what-so-ever to follow COVID guidelines by the guests and some of the staff wore their masks on their chin. One the plus side, the wait staff in the breakfast room were very kind when I was splatted by pigeon feces which was a fitting end to my stay here.

Excellent staff, high quality pool and fcilities. Very calm and pleasant pool area. Clean comfortable rooms and great value for money. You are justa 10 minut train ride from Padua and 40 minutes from Venice.
