I arrived at b&b hotel in Montluçon. I am discussed at my welcome. The receptionist refused to speak English and when I spelt my name her and her daughter laughed at me. I chose a hotel with English speakers. She also demanded my identity to be able to spell my name properly. Once she finally found the booking she gave me the code and room number. I asked where the room was located and again was looked at like I had 2 heads. I book plenty of times with booking com and am disgusted the way I have been treated.

Convenient Location on retail park on edge of city centre. Small rooms, very friebdly and helpful staff.

We booked this hotel 15 minutes before we arrived as we were travelling the country. Upon arrival the receptionist insisted on taking payment before seeing the room. When we went to the room it absolutely smelt of smoke, as an asthmatic I asked for another room , this was the same. We asked for a refund but they wouldn't give us one.. booking .com found this acceptable. So stay away from this hotel especially if you are non smokers .

Chambre 112 à petit prix. Bien rénové mais pas de couleur très gaie. Tv avec un grand écran Eau chaude et bonne pression Accueil agréable Nous n avons pas testé le petit déjeuner Le point négatif est la literie malgré le surmatelas, le matelas formait une cuvette. Cela reste un bon rapport qualité prix pour un centre ville.

LE personnel tres accueillants et à votre écoute , par contre les toilettes dans la salle de bain sont très exigus et mon mari et moi nous sommes minces !!! la tenture murale derriere la tête de lit très poussiereuse ainsi que le dessus du radiateur qui aurait besoin d'un bon coup de nettoyage . sinon hotel bien placé et personnel agréable
