隔音真的差啊！給我最大的房間，三面都是窗户，吵鬧不説每天都很冷！最後一天樓下開了空調，整晚聽着轟鳴聲睡不着覺！沒有電梯！拖着行李箱一樓三樓跑！吃早飯在另外一棟樓！

Отсутствие шумоизоляции, безразличие ресепшен к комфорту гостей. Пол ночи слушала стоны соседей, при том, что отель почти пустой был. Ресепшен расселяет гостей по соседству, и на мой вопрос почему нельзя хотя бы через номер селить, мне ответили, что ресепшен не знает с какой целью приезжают гости и будут ли они шуметь или нет. Но дело в том , что именно ресешен в курсе проблемы шумоизоляции отеля и знают, что любой чих и даже разговоры соседей слышны, но все равно расселяют людей рядом в номера. Итог: пол ночи без сна, ни одного извинения девушки на ресепшен Виктории, пренебрежение комфортом гостей.
