Horrible attitude of management towards their visitors! There is no way to contact them, and the administrators make fools of themselves, batting their eyes, as if they don’t know anything. I didn’t receive an answer to my problem or even a guarantee that they would do something!

Cozy, clean, there is everything for relaxation after excursions, meetings, walks around Moscow. Not far from the metro, 20 minutes walk to Red Square. Polite staff, the room has a kettle, bathrobes and slippers. It’s nice that there is tea/coffee and water with lemon at the reception!!!

We booked a room with a jacuzzi specifically because we wanted to spend a romantic evening. The location of the hotel was very convenient, the center, you can walk until late and enjoy the beauty of Moscow at night. Everything was great until we got back to the hotel and got water to start the jacuzzi. Firstly, the bathroom itself was covered in someone’s hair, we didn’t notice it right away. But when they turned on the button from the jacuzzi, there were pieces of dirt, rust and hair. It was 12 o’clock at night, and at 5 am we were leaving for the airport, so we went to bed upset and thought that in the morning we could talk to the reception and they would reimburse us for the damage (they would deduct the difference between a regular room and a room with a jacuzzi, which was broken and spoiled the mood. It was not convenient for us to move to another room at night. We paid an extra 5000 for this jacuzzi. My boyfriend is from another Norway, he was shocked by the lack of service (because he himself works in the hotel business) and the disregardful attitude. Because we were told that They can’t help in any way, we had to contact us at night and they would have moved us. But this is not convenient!! Where is the customer focus?? Why is this hotel rated 9.2??

The rooms need updating. Compliance with expectations based on the photo is 50%. Everything smelled old. Breakfast was not good. Good location, but in the courtyards. The staff depends on your luck. The third floor has no elevator, it’s hard to carry suitcases. Only as an overnight stay, minimal comfort. I honestly don’t understand why the rating is so high (perhaps others are even worse). I wouldn't stay with my family or my wife anymore. It's quite tolerable alone

Lived at the hotel from March 01-03. The hotel is located 200 meters from Pushkinskaya metro station. Delicious and varied breakfast. The staff is courteous. The hotel has parking for cars. At the reception you can drink coffee from a coffee machine absolutely free of charge and at any time.

Wonderful small cozy hotel in the very center of the city. If you are looking for peace and tranquility, this is the place for you. The main attractions are within walking distance. Very responsive and polite staff, special thanks to Alexander :) :)
