We booked a room with a jacuzzi specifically because we wanted to spend a romantic evening. The location of the hotel was very convenient, the center, you can walk until late and enjoy the beauty of Moscow at night. Everything was great until we got back to the hotel and got water to start the jacuzzi. Firstly, the bathroom itself was covered in someone’s hair, we didn’t notice it right away. But when they turned on the button from the jacuzzi, there were pieces of dirt, rust and hair. It was 12 o’clock at night, and at 5 am we were leaving for the airport, so we went to bed upset and thought that in the morning we could talk to the reception and they would reimburse us for the damage (they would deduct the difference between a regular room and a room with a jacuzzi, which was broken and spoiled the mood. It was not convenient for us to move to another room at night. We paid an extra 5000 for this jacuzzi.
