Residence Inn Temecula Murrieta

We actually can’t stay because despite the claim of being “pet friendly”, they wanted $150 NON-REFUNDABLE for 2 cats ($200 for 2 dogs)! We are moving & needed a place to stay for the night. We even have a foldable 48” sealed pen to keep them in! I can understand a refundable deposit that I get back when they see there’s no damage, but this is robbery! People have to move, drive their cars and take their pets! What are they supposed to do?!

The body soap dispenser was empty, so we had to use shampoo. But the shower was spacious and very clean. The bed was great too! The breakfast was a grab and go, so if you're in a hurry, it works. But it was not a good solution for us. But overall, it is a good location and well priced.

The sofa bed was disgusting. We pulled it out and it still had crumbles on it and a dirty straw. Normally Marriott are clean, but this was gross. I suggest you find another place to stay and not go here

the hotel and the room were very clean and smelled really good. The only problems we had was that you can hear the people upstairs stomping and they were very noisey and not only that but me and my husband wanted to relax and watch tv the whole stay there and the tv was down we chose a channel and the tv would black out and not let us play anything. We told the front desk but the gentlemen their pretty much said he couldnt do anything and that it was a problem with all the rooms.

We stayed at the hotel prior to pandemic and loved it . However this time it was different . We stayed at the hotel for we were coming down to attend the Temecula wine marathon. However , experience at this hotel unfortunately was off . The hotel overall was overpriced for what you get . It was basically 400 a night .we stayed for two nights but what it says is included is not quite the price. Our room was roomy compared to other hotels but there is lighting options so at times your room may seem dark . There was so paint peeling from walls . In their page it says they had a hot Continental breakfast but upon arrive you see a sign that says only grab n go breakfast . First disappointment. Second was there was no daily cleaning during your stay so if you needed anything you had to go down to the office and get those items . The night staff was a lot nicer than the day staff (an older woman) made us feel guilty for asking for towels or toiletries. Overall , I would only stay here if it was a last resort . For the price is too high and you could get more for that price at other resorts .

They will steal your money. I paid a 190.00 for a sme day Reservation and they would not accept my card when i got there. And then told me i am pasted the Cancellation date and time So I can not get a refund.

The air conditioner was noisy and the continental breakfast was very limited. The room was comfortable.

Air Con units are ridiculously noisy - 2 different rooms tried. 2nd one even felt vibrations through the wall into the bed !
