The Terrace Busena Club at Busena is wider than Busena and has a better view. A quiet place where children are not allowed to stay. There are few types of breakfast, but the oranges that you grind yourself are awesome, especially with special sauces. I couldn't go to the jet pool for two days due to time constraints. There is no parking lot, so I asked if they would valet me, and they charged 1000 yen per day. It's more expensive here where the wind blows stronger, but it's worth going.

The hotel environment and services are very good. The happy hour atmosphere is good. For dinner, you can go to the neighboring hotel of the same group. There are many good restaurants. This is very suitable for tourists who like to be quiet without hearing the noise of children.

My husband and I and our 2 teen boys stayed in a two bedroom oceanview with club service room at the Terrace Club at the Busena for one week and it was fantastic. The entire staff from reception, wait staff and cleaning staff were phenomenal! - hospitality at its best! It's a quiet relaxing atmosphere at this resort, a private beach and happy hour drinks every day with live piano playing but if you're in the mood for a bit more lively atmosphere with kids, you have full access to their sister resort, the Terrace Busena (a quick golf cart ride away). They keep the property immaculately clean and chairs at both the regular and Thelasso pool are always available. Absolutely five-star hotel with a fantastic, hospitable and accommodating staff!

Until now we stayed every year for Christmas at the Busena Terrace Hotel. On their recommendation we stayed this year the first time at “The Terrace Club at the Busena”. Just for comparison some pros and cons. Pro: Excellent, spacious room with all amenities which you expect from a five star hotel. Excellent concierge service. Big thanks to Mr. Umeki who not only accommodated our questions and requests but also was very proactive and recommended as many things. Overall the hotel staff is very polite and attentive. Just to mention that different than the other hotels in Japan English is not an issue. Cons: The restaurant has room for improvement. Actually the breakfast in the main hotel “Busena Terrace” is significantly better. The club lounge is sometimes crowded in the peak hours when the hotel is fully booked. Overall recommendable location.

Fantastic hotel! Beautiful property, delicious food, and unparalleled service. Our room, Club Deluxe with Ocean View, was spacious with a wal- in closet, plenty of counter space, and a large terrace with daybed overlooking the water. The concierge, Tadaomi UMEKI, was absolutely outstanding – knowledgeable, prompt, and personable. I contacted him by email before arrival and all of his recommendations and bookings were spot on. While at the hotel he continued to amaze us with his service. Don’t miss the Thalasso Spa while there. We did the Healthy Spa Day and loved the various pool areas with jets at different heights as well as the massage. We would definitely stay here again!

The Terrace Club at Busena stands out as one of my favorite hotels I have ever visited. My family and I want to personally thank everyone who worked at the resort - from the lovely wait staff at breakfast and happy hour...to the kind, accommodating front desk staff...to the sweet and capable spa personnel - all worked tirelessly to make our time there special. The resort design and interiors are restrained, tasteful and elegant and complement the natural scenery beautifully. I appreciated the smaller scale of the hotel, it is not an ostentatious out-of-place concrete high rise that is so typical of beach vacation destinations. The rooms exceeded our expectations with lots of "oohs and ahhs" from our family when we first arrived. The look and feel of this place is quiet luxury. And we got so many amenities for a fair room rate, access to the amazing thalasso outdoor heated pool, complimentary happy hours, huge buffet breakfast, large size individual room terraces, access to their bigger sister resort with all its amenities just down the road, the list goes on. Finally our family found the right kind of hotel that suits our sensibilities - a beautiful, tasteful place with impeccable service, that still manages to maintain a down-to-earth, warm and friendly vibe. Everyone there was just so incredibly nice and lovely! Thank you all for an A+ stay!

I had the most amazing stay here with my wife for her birthday. The service was attentive without being intrusive. Particularly, Umeki San went above and beyond helping us arrange transport and making restaurant reservations. The wellness theme is carried thoughtfully throughout the property with simple but nice finishings. Thalasso experience was fun and the in room massage I received was extremely helpful for my muscle issues (and very very strong). The food is delicious and fresh though some things can taste bland. Overall, 5/5 stars, strongly recommend for your trip to Okinawa!
