광한루와 춘향테마파크와도 가까워서 여행하기 좋았습니다! 시설은 조금 오래됐지만 청결했고 머무르는데는 아무 지장 없었습니다! 난방도 잘되고 무엇보다 애슐리 조식이 엄청 맛있었네요^^ 직원분들도 친절하시고 덕분에 행복한 1박이었습니다😄

위치, 서비스에는 만족한다. 305호실의 샤워실의 배수가 좋지않아 샤우어를 못했네요. 샤워실의 배수시설도 불안해 보인다. 식사도좋은 편이다.근데 더운 물, 찬물이 나오는 기계에 더운물나오는 꼭지가 고장이었다. 방이커서 편안하였다.

리모델링 안된 오십년은 된듯한 객실을 10만원 넘게 지불한거였네요. 이정도일줄이야ㅜㅜ 객실상태가 정말 최악인데 디럭스룸이라뇨. 플러스가 붙은게 리모델링된 방인줄 어찌알겠습니까. 여행은 숙소가 좌우하는데 정말 속상한 경험입니다.
