The staff is constantly out of place, even if you write what time you will arrive, when I arrived the room was not cleaned, the bed was dirty and unfolded, the floors were dirty, towels were not changed, the room smelled of animals, it was impossible to call the hotel.
on the plus side: there is a microwave and the room itself is medium size, not small and the hotel itself has a good location.

Excellent hotel for cheap price. Clean and nice room, and nice little pool too. Nice environment and not too far from the central city.
There was a fridge and wine classes in the room and all kind of kitchen equipment as well. Even a washing machine for the dishes. Great!

Access to the site is good. Currently under construction, the site does not offer all the usual services. The welcome is completely cordial. The apartment I had, well equipped, however lacked a few elements: a VMC vent in the bathroom, the pressure in the shower was insufficient, but apart from that, I am satisfied with my first stay in the 'establishment. I will undoubtedly come back there during my next stay in Nancy.

the establishment was located opposite a hospital, a helicopter landed there every hour, so quite noisy. Also there was a nauseating smell in the hallway of the apartment/room, even if we opened the window and activated the fan nothing happened, and the bedding was horribly uncomfortable, I absolutely do not recommend.
not to mention the cleanliness which could be more than improved, also the first time I have seen a hotel in which it is impossible to do an early check
