Good - location . AC in room . Good shower and comfortable bed . Average - tap in kitchen sink did not work so it was constantly full of food debris. House keeping was constantly smoking and the owners did not respond to our 1 am text to complain about the noise from other guests . I think I would have given it a higher rating if this had been addressed . Could not find light switch on stairwell - very dangerous at night with jet lag . (Going down )

Everything was great! Great for a family or for couples. The place made our trip more beautiful. It is in the city center so you can reach everywhere easily. The rooms are clean and well-decorated. There is a beautiful kitchen and a nice balcony. You can eat one of the city's best pizzas by walking for only 2 minutes and enjoy the city whenever you want! I'll go to Naples and stay again here!

This hotel is wonderful and the host is very friendly and welcoming. Very cozy rooms and balcony. We had a small issue with our check in but it was quickly resolved thanks to the amazing host. We arrived to the hotel only past midnight and didn't know that in Naples, most of small hotels don't have a concierge or any staff living in the building. So we didn't know that there would be no one who'd be able to check us in immediately. However we got lucky that our neighboor wasn't asleep and gave us the number of the host so we called and messaged him on WhatsApp and once he saw that we tried to reach him multiple times, he came in to check us in within 15 minutes. We recommend this place to couples and families! Just remember to arrange your check in ahead of your arrival.

The price is unbelievably high for the quality. No working WiFi, no heating system, uncomfortable bed, no fridge, very strange depressive pictures on the wall.

Chipboard floors and bed. This is not nice and also not a back wall. No breakfast which is offered. Perfect location but way too expensive for what is offered. Cheap room. Lots of stairs to walk. Wouldn't recommend this to anyone.

Flaws (many) and strengths as per previous reviews, not much to add. The BeB is not signaled on the outside, it doesn't even have an intercom, at least it's not obvious. The entrance is truly decadent, with an old iron door, a steep, narrow and dark staircase necessary to reach the floor, without a lift. The apartment has a small kitchen available to everyone, but only to heat tea, as there are no cooking tools, which is actually prohibited. There are two or three bedrooms on the floor and two can be reached with a further staircase. The rooms have no tv. The upper bedrooms don't even have a real wardrobe, but an open handle with a bar and hangers; above all, if arranged in triple/quadruple rooms, they don't even have a chair or armchair to use. There isn't even the headboard of the bed, on which to rest and read a book: if you go back to your room you can practically only lie down. Breakfast is not provided, not even for a fee. The room is not remade, except for an additional 25 euros. Suitcases cannot be left in the structure after check out, both due to lack of space and the fact of having to leave the keys inside. The location is central, being just a stone's throw from Via San Gregorio Armeno, and check-in is fast and guided, with directions for arrival and contact details sent in advance. The bathrooms, while small, are nice and functional. For the asking price we'll go elsewhere next time.

Perfect location to get around Naples, room located on the 2nd floor with kitchen shared with the other rooms, terrace with table for relaxing, well furnished room but unfortunately too humid, with the presence of humidity and mold in it. Very unpleasant thing with children, I don't know how the other rooms are, but I don't recommend this room.

A nice week to visit a November Naples from 21st to 26th November. Strictly from Monday to Saturday morning. Perfect location. We had a great time in a very old house a few meters from Via dei Tribunali in an alley full of history Being inside an ancient Roman forum. It is cdi a house located on the 1st floor (the houses here have exploited the height and to go up you need to be able to walk easily, this detail is important. It is a question of a few ramps but really standing). It is a very large apartment in which well-kept rooms have been created with their beautiful bathroom and everything needed. The TV is missing, I reported it because in my opinion they should put it. In the evening, when you return tired (you walk a lot) to lie down and look at something would not hurt. But you live the same and it is certainly not a reason for dissatisfaction. The positioning of this home is convenient for everything. You can go on foot to all the places that must be visited and then in the morning Via dei Tribunali offers many beautiful bars with the wonders of Neapolitan sweets first of all the sfogliatelle for me Licia forever. I can confidently suggest and recommend this accommodation. The guys are courteous and attentive and the cost is average and honest. You need to provide your arrival time at the station or airport and they calculate the times so they can accommodate guests. I was very happy with this holiday in which everything went very well and the city was fully experienced. A message for those who visit this splendid city with curiosity is that you have to walk, walk, walk. We covered about 90 km in five days. We also used the splendid subway and in particular a visit to the Via Toledo stop cannot be missed. Wonderful!! Every corner presents surprises especially in the Spanish quarters or in the health district. The people are special and friendly. It's good everywhere. If someone wants to try something unique, he must go and eat "o' pere e o' musso" at the Pignasecca market near the Montesanto funicular to go to Vomero. You can eat sitting down, because you usually eat on the street, near the Azzurra fish market. You can't go wrong the tripe is hung outside with all the lemons and the waterfall that keeps them fresh. A show!! If I have to give a suggestion to those who intend to visit Naples and want to feel good, go to Casa Latina and you are not wrong. By the way, for pizza in the evening since it's right nearby Da Matteo is the ideal solution. For those interested, I have made a collection of places to eat in Naples. the costs are all fair. Have a good trip.
