I booked this room for two nights, but on the first night a storm was coming through and so instead of chancing the would not make our flight the next day we booked our flights and was going to cancel our second night at the hotel. I went to the front desk at 8 AM the next morning. Hoping to be able to check out and get a refund for the second night. They told me my payment that I made to them the day I checked in was already paid to ******* and there was nowhere. They could refund my room but they could refund one day of parking. They told me to contact ******* in which I did. ******* told me that my payment went straight up the hotel. They lied to me. My final bill showed two nights of accommodations and two nights of parking. The staff was incredibly rude and caring and I hope no one ever has to go through what I did with these people. They deserve no one to stay at their hotel.
