O quarto que fiquei nunca gelava. Após a troca por outro aí melhorou. O café da manhã muito show. Mas o hotel já tá pedindo uma reforma.

Hotel com vários locais mofados, inclusive dentro do quarto.. Problema de falta de água no quarto que foi do primeiro ao quarto dia, tendo que tomar banho em outro quarto.. elevador que não chega no 5 andar. Onde temos que descer com as malas grandes pelas escadas…

This place is SO dirty!! I didn’t even shower because I was so disgusted by the bathroom. Bed was lumpy and very uncomfortable. The kids pool was the grossest thing I have ever seen. I regret letting my child go in because it made her sick! Stay away!!!

Hotel bem localizado, mas não é de frente para o mar... O Beach club do hotel precisa atravessar a rua e não possui quartos de frente para o mar.
Café da manhã razoável. Jantar não recomendo porque as comidas e as sobremesas não tem nenhum sabor, zero tempero, só tem beleza para foto.
Nota dez para os funcionários, todos super gentis e educados.
O estacionamento cobra uma taxa de R$10,00 a diária.

A localização e as opções de lazer para crianças são o forte desse hotel. A estadia, entretanto, não foi das melhores. Quarto cheirando a mofo, travesseiros cheirando mal (que foram prontamente trocados assim que reclamei). Esperava mais do hotel, até pelo preço. O café da manhã estava “ok”, porém senti falta de alguns itens básicos,l como requeijão, por exemplo. Caso pretenda fazer passeios em Natal e esteja de carro, melhor procurar um lugar de melhor qualidade pra estadia, com quartos mais confortáveis. No mais, avalio como nota 7 no geral.

Hotel bem localizado, ampla área de lazer, quartos confortáveis e uma excelente comida!!!
Os pontos negativos foram:
O ar condicionado do quarto que estava com um barulho ensurdecedor a pontos de não conseguirmos dormir. Questionei com a recepção, que mandou o técnico da manutenção ir averiguar, mas o mesmo não deu jeito. Esperei a gerência tomar alguma providência, mas infelizmente nem perguntar se tinha resolvido! Eu mesmo que tive que ir no carro pegar as ferramentas para consertar!
E segundo ponto negativo e mais grave, é em relação a água da piscina do parque!!! Muito suja e não é bem tratada, a ponto que no penúltimo dia, minha filha de 4 anos adoeceu, vomitando muito! E tive que levar ela para a UPA, chegando lá, a médica informou que possivelmente foi alguma contaminação por conta de água de piscina!!! Já estou no segundo dia desde que sair de lá, e minha filha ainda não melhorou!!!
