Good breakfast even tho it’s not free,Starbucks bistro,sitting area terrific,big flat screen tv ,u can sit down and enjoy a good football game in the courtyard on a beautiful Sunday

Property was okay, however the Jacuzzi was out of order. The heated pool was only lukewarm.
The area that the property is located in is in horrible condition, cracked sidewalks ,homless people all over the place , too much unfinished contruction, with dump trucks and hazard cones everywhere.

I can not. The reservation was cancelled because I called too late. I was traveling from Cleveland Ohio and had a problem. When I got there, they told me something different from what I had set up. I would like a partial refund, if you really care.

Internet was down when we arrived which made check in a little difficult. Staff apologized for the situation that was out of their control. They continued to make us feel welcomed regardless and secured all our luggage while we went out for dinner. A short time later we received a phone call to tell us our room was ready whenever we were

Clean friendly , close to port, not much option for food especially early breakfast near by, has a great courtyard with a pool if it is warm enough

Property description stated had hot tub. Called property to confirm, could not get through with 10 attempts, always busy. Called Marriott to confirm, they stated property had hot tub, I asked if working and they said yes. Booked as hot tub was main thing that distinguished property with its location and price from others. Upon check in, learned hot tub broke and had been for awhile as “waiting on part”. Had I known not working could have booked other cheaper hotel that had free parking, free breakfast and free coffee. Hotel charges $40 a day to park, charges for breakfast and charges for coffee. I spent $300 extra on this hotel and got nothing I wanted when add $200 more for room, $80 to park and $20 for breakfast. Also, hotel room loud at night from nightclub music that went till 4am.
