The view was amazing, and I liked the location of the hotel, however, there is quite a number of drawbacks connected to the service, I made 5 simple requests during my stay here (make up the room, bring the laundry at 2pm instead of 3pm etc...) and only 2 of them were fulfilled on time, the staff speaks limited English and I didn't find the female receptionist very helpful. Breakfast was basic. I went to see the pool and left it after a minute after seeing it, it was tiny and not clean. The mirror in the bathroom kept turning off every 30 seconds, whoever programmed it doesn't seem to have cared too much about it. It drove me nuts all the time I had to press the ON button again and again. Overall, I'd give this hotel 3.5 out of 5.

What an absolute nightmare. No hot water, broken TV, disgusting pool, and terrible management "Hong" she is a liar and disrespectful. Stay far away from this hotel as they lie about amenities and make situations uncomfortable. Dirty smelly pillows and bugs. I have complained to have them removed from trip com

Great location just across from the beautiful Nha Trang beach. Lots or good restaurants nearby and a short walk to ATMs. The staff is very helpful and always smiling. Bed was very comfortable on our western backs and the a/c worked well. As many hotels in SE Asia are doing this one is recovering from the covid shutdowns. There is no bar. The restaurant is only open for breakfast good restaurants close by but it was good. Small indoor? pool that was refreshing after a day touring. The bathroom. Nice big tub/shower. No shower curtain so the floor of the bathroom was flooded after our showers. I don't get that but it is SE Asia and not the first time our western minds have questioned "Why" during our time here. But the hotel is a good value for the money and we were comfortable during our stay. The staff like most places we have stayed are friendly and helpful to a fault.

The hotel is across from a quieter part of the beach but still has chairs and umbrellas for rent. Our room had a beautiful ocean view and was very nice.
Just check that the map location has been updated on ********** as it showed it being 3 kilometers north of where it is.
