We had a nice stay in this hotel. Very friendly and professional staff at the reception, good breakfast and clear, comfortable room. Free parking, also you can visit a fitness centre, but only if you get it free. The staff in fitness are absolutely unprofessional and unfriendly, water zone not clean enough

Exactly what it says on the tin. Nice, quiet, clean, excellent and smiley service, terrific value, rooms are very good, especially the beds and linen -- the most important things in a hotel. Everything worked perfectly and efficiently. From late evenings drinks are served by the ladies at the reception -- nice and homey touch. Perhaps, it might be a good idea to have stocked minibars -- but I do understand why they don't do it. Overall, highly recommended.

The hotel is close to the city center. The building is new. I had a room for people with disabilities, so the bathroom turned out to be very large, with a shower, fenced off with a curtain. The room has a large double bed with 4 pillows, an armchair with a footrest, and a desk with a chair. There is also a large TV set. There is a mini fridge under the table. Ironing board and iron in the closet. There was also a kettle and 2 bottles of water were brought every day. The breakfast is not varied, but you can fill up - egg porridge, sausages or sausages, bacon. Coffee, tea, 3 types of juices. Tomatoes, cucumbers, sausage and cheese cuts. There is a gym where I didn’t make it. Good value for money. Measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19: thermometry at the entrance, the requirement to maintain social distance, wear a mask, hand sanitizers on tables and racks by the elevator, masked employees. There is a sticker on the front doors of the room stating that sanitation has been carried out (Clean stay).

Ужасный отель, отдал 16 тыс руб за сутки проживания ( 12 за ночь + 4 тыс руб за ранний заезд, чтобы меня в прибранный номер запустили на час раньше) Хамоватая девушка на ресепшене, также ужасно грязный номер, сняв обувь чувствовались крошки на полу, также ржавым душ.

Приехали в Хилтон Нижний Новгород. Муж сделал подарок на годовщину знакомства. О поездке узнала сегодня в обед. Честно говоря немного в шоке от Хилтона 4 звезды. Мягко говоря, уровень хромает. Фото прилагаю. Всё какое-то старое, плдреткшированное, продавленное кресло, пятна везде.
