Our new fave place to stay! Loved everything about it! Room was modern and light, with views straight out over Noosa Main beach, full a la carte room service menu and friendly helpful staff. Best honeymoon spot ever! Thanks again it was incredible

Phenomenal Resort. Right on the beach. I've never stayed in an apartment before, only at Sofitel. I'll never stay anywhere else again. Room size Fantastic. Good size wardrobe. Rooftop Terrace is incredible for us Sun worshippers. Bbq very handy. Rebooked for next year.

We enjoyed a 2 level spa penthouse studio with stunning beach views. Direct access to the beach and at the same time the central position at Hastings street were just perfect. Two excellent restaurants attached to the building and many more good dining options in easy walking distance. A reserved car space as a bonus. The room service was excellent and the entire OTB team friendly and helpful all the time. in summary, the perfect stay for relaxing beach holidays in one of the nicest places of the world. Thank you to the OTB team !!

Thankyou OTB! Our beach view room was divine! Probably the nicest place ive stayed ever! Comfortable bed, great central location, massage, welcome treats, private lounges in the sun. Lovely personable, helpful staff. Looking out at the beach firstbthing in the morning, and at night. Totally recommend.

Position perfect and super friendly staff make this place a winner. The apartment was well furnished and decorated. Loved sleeping within earshot of the sea, walking to fabulous restaurants and shops and exploring the National Park

Excellent location, very friendly & helpful staff, commencing with initial phone enquiry, booking, check in, during stay and upon departure. All enquiries and requests to reception staff were dealt with in an extremely polite manner. Very clean unit with good facilities. Furniture and furnishings were modern and in good condition and shower recess was quite large. Two TVs & two air conditioners (one of each in bedroom are and one of each in liiving area) were appreciated. Great view from unit and good secure garage parking. Excellent access to beach and restaurants. Couldn't fault anything.

The room was dated and dirty. In particular the mattress and protector were heavily soiled (see photos). No staff on site at check in and slow to respond to our concerns. Refused to offer alternative room, new clean mattress or indeed full linen change. Receptionist told us we had no option but to sleep on filthy mattress and linen. We were forced to move out and find a different hotel. Manager refused to meet or fully refund us. Only partial derogatory refund after we were forced out and when room was resold.

My holiday at on the beach started as soon as we walked through the door, the lovely friendly greeting that was given to us on checkin confirmed to me that we had picked the right place. When we entered the room we was amazed at how clean it was how refreshing it looked. The view from the balcony was awesome. Huge bed was so comfortable and the pillows were just right not too hard not too soft, the water pressure from the shower was amazing locality of the hotel was the bees knees. Just a quick trip down the elevator out the front door and you’ve got Noosa right in front of you shopping galore, restaurants in multitudes beach right at the back door. I’d have to say my trip to Noosa was one to remember I love it when everything is so close to you. The offstreet parking was easy to navigate check out was easy.. The rooftop spa bath made me feel like I’d won a million dollars. Highly recommend on the beach at Noosa Thank you on the beach

Always amazing. We come back every year and love the apartment, location and the friendly staff. Being able to have direct beach access one side and restaurants the other means your car can stay parked. Booked again for next year already.
