A potentially lovely little serviced accommodation. Superficially tidy but everything a bit tired and grubby. No hairdryer, stale refillable bottles of toiletries, crusty bits around the taps etc. It is so close to being gorgeous; it just needs a bit of love! The noise from the pub over the road was pretty bad but that’s to be expected during graduation weekend. The concierge at the desk was very pleasant and I feel bad giving this review but it is honest.

The room was lovely, clean and everything I needed provided, except a coffee maker, but I brought my own! The location was conveniently near the centre of Norwich with free parking and plenty of shops, bars and restaurants nearby. The concierge was really polite and helpful. I’ll be back, thank you

Really good concept ... Nicely appointed apart-hotel. Rooms are comfortable and tastefully decorated. Easy to get into city centre and free parking is a bonus. Concierge are very helpful, especially Alfie who was brilliant. Would definitely book again. Also, book direct rather than through affiliate sites ... Best rates.

The Unthank 82 is a fantastic and luxurious place to stay, everything you need is on hand and the concierge service is second to none. Our stay was absolutely 5 star very spacious and comfortable and look forward to staying there again very soon.

Pamper night in the Planation Gardens at 82 The Unthank We love this place and this room has become our favourite ! Where else can you have a lovely soak in the bath, watch tv/ listen to music and then retire to relax and enjoy the evening together

Room very comfortable and clean. Bed very comfortable just could have done with larger matching towels in bathroom, one was smaller and thinner than the other. Kitchen very good but oven was dirty and smelt when cooking. Very easy check-in and out.

Great spacious room Comfy bed Clean Only advice would be that some areas need a touch of TLC....one of the window blinds was broken. And the shower head needs replacing in our room. Just handy man stuff !

I’ve had a wonderful stay. The room is spacious and clean and has all the amenities in place. The gym is small but has enough to do a basic work out routine. I booked quite late to this apartment and staff were happy to answer phone calls to help with check in.

Having had a below par stay earlier in the year, we were offered a discounted return stay. Having left a negative review on another site, I felt it only fair to leave a positive one in return. A huge improvement on last time, the room was spotless and toasty. We stayed in ‘Norfolk Broads’ and had a lovely couple of days in Norwich, great location and free parking. Really glad we gave it another go.
