Premier Inn Nottingham West

We have had a wonderful 2 night stay at this Premier Inn and that is all down to the staff. The incredible service started before we even arrive. We booked our 2 nights as 2 separate bookings due to a last minute decision to stay an extra night. I called up and the lovely lady who answered the phone, linked our bookings and also made sure that the 3 rooms we needed due to being a big family group were all next to each other. On arrival we were greeted by the reception team who were so friendly and just couldn't do enough. Once we got to our room we were delighted to find they had hidden 3 little paper pumpkins in the room for my children find and if they found them all, they got a prize. There was also a box of chocolates on the desk which was so generous and unexpected. On our second morning my son caught his finger whilst messing around with his brother. Off we trooped to reception to see if they had a plaster and once again they were more than happy to help. Yes the rooms are a bit tatty in places and my parents room had a funny smell but the staff really make this place and I would absolutely stay again.

Usually stay at the hotel in ruddington for visiting family. On this occasion it was fully booked. However, I had an enjoyable stay at this hotel, very helpful staff and I would stay again. Thank you

Poor service at the bar. Only 2 staff. Bar full. Took ages to get a drink. Staff not very friendly, obviously under pressure. Breakfast at 7. Food already cold as it arrived. Toast cookers took an age to do toast. Told it was health and safety!

Easy to spot location wise. Staff were nice and friendly. And the room were clean and cosy. No real issues to had. Granted, I did not have breakfast so I can't state how good the breakfast was but the hotel is conjoined with a pub which I did not visit either so I can't review that. The internet dipped on me a few times but that's normal. No real complaints, really. You get what you pay for.

Our three-night stay at the Premier Inn Nottingham West hotel was just perfect in eveerry way. We loved the tram service from the nearby Phoenix Park station which took us straight to the centre of Nottingham. We had quality time with our grandson,over the weekend, and it was good to fall into a comfortable bed at the end of each day for a good night's sleep. Then we enjoyed an excellent full English breakfast in the morning at the adjacent Beefeater restaurant. Brilliant!

What can I say, totally outstanding from booking to check out. The staff are a credit to the Premier Inn name. Check in and reception staff went above and beyond to help as did the chamber maids and restaurant staff. The food was lovely the rooms clean and warm and the legendary comfortable beds, awesome! Other hotels with lots of stars could learn a lot about customer service from these staff. For sure whenever I visit Nottingham this will be my first choice for accommodation. Very typical and handy hotel not far from the M1 and as with all Premier inn’s, you pretty much know what you get. But don’t ask for breakfast if you haven’t pre booked it. It seemed to throw the staff right off when asked to buy it separately.

Love this hotel in Nottingham. It’s in a great location close to motorway and easy access to Nottingham on the tram. Staff are so lovely, friendly and always on hand to help you if needed. The rooms are great and the beds are so comfortable. We always have a greats night sleep here. Would highly recommend this hotel to stay when visiting the area
