Charged my card 600 on one room security fee because our machine was messing up and they ran it six times and then we got stuck in the elevator because the power went out

When I went to use the Shower the first morning I found that the shower was broken. The shower head was a handicap shower setup. On the flexible cord. Problem is that the clamp to hold it was broke. When I asked to change rooms they said they knew about the shower being broke and that they had a part on order. So I asked to be moved. I would have to hold it above my head while trying to put shampoo on. They said they had no other handicap rooms. I said I'd take any room. They would not move me because they said I booked from a 3rd party and they had no more room types that I had booked. I said that they shouldn't be offering a room that had a broken shower head. I've never left a good or bad review. I've been self employed for 30 years traveling. This was the worst customer server I've ever experienced.

The hotel is very clean and staffs are friendly. Had great hot coffee at evening.
The pool is very small. Breakfast items could be improved.

There was no shower curtain in my room. The front desk clerk when checking in was a really kind gentleman and very friendly. Not sure if it was due to new year's weekend, but the hotel did seem a little dirty/messy.

It's just okay. I stay here pretty frequently for business trips in OKC, and there service is hit or miss.

Check in went smoothly. The room was a little outdated but clean. The staff at the front desk was friendly but never emailed my hotel receipt as promised. They added a $100 charge to my card for “incidentals” but after a week have not removed it. So will have to dispute the charge through my credit card company. We looked at the complementary breakfast but it didn’t looks good. Overall not very pleased with our short stay.

Clean room and halls. Overall not a bad stay. The $100 deposit is a little steep I believe for this hotel and I was not aware until i checked in. Also breakfast was put up and the light was off at 9:45. Never stayed at a hotel who closes breakfast that early. Overall it was an ok stay.
