Room is clean but full of cigarette smell. Common area is nice and the host let us leave our luggages for a few hours in the flat.

The place is fine (though annoying to find).
More important: I was bitten by a spider when sleeping. It's poisonous and I had to seek medical care.
This room must be checked thoroughly.

The apartment is modern and very well equipped, with a small kitchen containing all the necessary utensils, TV, coffee machine, good WiFi. It's very well located, close to the town center&restaurants, the train station, the bus stop and Olbia's lungomare, all in a quiet area. Our stay went very well and I can only recommend this accommodation in Olbia!

Fantastic room and brilliant customer service. Let us check in early and also leave our bags there all day after checking out (our ferry wasn't until 10.30pm). Super clean, everything looked brand new. Location is perfect for the bars in the main square, only a 5 minute walk.

Everything was optimum, clean and perfect. It was in the city center. Bus station was near. Highly recommended. Fully equipped kitchen. I will book again if I go again in Olbia. Restaurants are all in walking distance.

Our Apartment was really nice, stylish furniture and super Clean. The Check in is very easy since you just need to follow the instruction in your E-Mails. I would recommend it to everyone who wants to explore Olbia and other places nearby!

I stayed with a friend for 5 nights ! It was just perfect ! Easy to access the apartment, no need to meet anyone in person. Nice small kitchen to cook, lovely balcony! Good parking ! (We didn’t buy any tickets, and never got a fine, if u want to risc it u can hehe) the shower and the 2 king size beds were just excellent! The city center is one street away, so beautiful! Loved it all! Thank you!

First of all, the stuff of NG was absolutely friendly and supporting. They gave me all the information that I needed very fast and all the support that I needed. Now, let's speak about the room. It was very clean with a pleasant Italian, with an elegant terrace where you could drink a glass of wine while smoking a cigarette. In reality, everything looked better than in the pictures. It was a really pleasant surprise. Thanks for the NG stuff and Nello, they really know how to a good host. There is no reason to be skeptical here. All the best!

Appartamento molto funzionale, pulito e di recente ristrutturazione. Molto graditi il caffè, il bollitore e l'acqua a disposizione. Il centro è raggiungibile a piedi in pochi minuti. Comodo per il parcheggio gratuito
