Olbia City Hotel

Excellent friendly and attentive staff. Mr. Giuseppe immediately put us at ease. Quiet area just outside the historic center. Excellent free parking. The spacious, clean room, but the dated furniture needs to be reviewed. The breakfast was well assorted, both sweet and savory. Excellent price for what the hotel offers. I definitely recommend it, if you don't nitpick. Thanks to Mr. Giuseppe is a very good person 👍

Narrow bathroom, without window and without extractor. Almost non-existent support surfaces, ditto for coat hangers on the wall in the room.

we choose this hotel on the recommendation of a friend but we immediately understand that we have made the wrong choice. our room is at street level in the literal sense of the word and it is impossible not to obscure the door and the window without losing the slightest privacy. The room is not really bad but it is small and very dark and the stay becomes absolutely unpleasant. when we realize that the bed is ruined by humidity we decide to leave the accommodation without regrets. Called the friend for the explanations of the case we discover that the situation is decidedly different if you are lucky enough to have the rooms on the upper floors that have balconies or normal windows, this also explains the very different reviews. In any case, also looking at the common areas, this cannot be considered a 4-star hotel. Another negative is the location. Being in Viale Aldo Moro I thought that the hotel was located in the central area and convenient to services but unfortunately we discovered that the street is very long and ends in a desolate part of the city, impossible to manage without a car. Congratulations to those who created the website and the photos that really offer an idea of the structure well above reality.

Nous avons passè une nuit dans 1 chambre triple très spacieuse, parking gratuit dans la rue, tarif 70€ la nuit et 3.50€ par adulte pour la taxe de séjour. Nous n'avons pas pris le petit déjeuner. Vous avez un mc donald's et un supermarché vraiment pas loin. L'hotel est à 15km de l'aeroport d'olbia. Bon accueil, chambre propre, mini bar.

Abbiamo prenotato questa struttura attirati dalle 4 stelle e dall'apparente stato della struttura che evidentemente é stata documentata parecchi anni fa. La camera che ci é stata riservata si trova nella parte posteriore della struttura, l'accesso alla stanza avviene direttamente dal cortile tramite una porticina in alluminio rivestita da una pellicola a specchio...giá l'accesso é stato difficoltoso perché la tenda non scorreva e si incastrava sulla porta. Da dove partire...bah, giro letto in ecopelle completamente logoro, basta guardare la foto, le mensole ai fianchi del letto oltre che completamente rovinate sotto una aveva una cingomma e ragnatele in quantitá, nel letto a castello mia figlia si é rifiutata di dormire perché completamente sgangherato, dondolava da destra a sinistra oltre ad avere il copriletto abbastanza sporco, tralasciamo la pulizia del televisore e passiamo al bagno, spoglio di tutto, quello di casa non lo é cosi tanto nemmeno quando diamo il bianco, giusto tre mignon di shampoo poggiati tra qualche capello avanzato da qualcuno e un rotolo di carta igienica, la doccia abbiamo evitato di usarla. L'indomani mezz'ora prima del check out ci siamo ritrovati in camera la signora delle pulizie che "credeva" fossimo giá andati via. Esperienza terribile. Non lo consiglierei assolutamente a nessuno.
