Good 3 star hotel. Could not fault the food. Ideal location for main *****. Entertainment was not that brilliant. Spent most evenings down the ***** at the Mojito Bar, well worth a visit. Did up grade our room

Extremely basic, food awful. I lost weight in the week I was there. Luckily I take my own breakfast & just needed yogurt to add to it, this wasn’t even always available! The odd day there was some edible chicken, but in general everything was just so loaded with salt when cooked I couldn’t eat it! Drinks are a joke, all served from miniatures & very limited mixers. Certain times for ice cream & the snack bar was awful, everything stone cold…and the staff in there were just rude. Room very basic & dated, but clean. Entertainment team totally make this place. Location is also perfect. Wouldn’t go back, but still managed to have a great time, but more thanks to the company I had & of course the entertainment team. Wouldn’t feel too upset about it if I had paid the standard cost pp, but as I had my own room it was almost £800! Which it just wasn’t worth at all.

last week of the season family break with jet2, arrived at hotel around 01:00 monday 30th oct until 4th Nov. at reception told at check in we were lucky that there was only one family room available (lucky us) room right next to restaurant, despite being family room it was small, beds in a line, no wall coat hooks, wardrobe space lacking draws and stuffy old blankets heaped in a corner. Aircon is in my opinion a health hazard waiting to happen, damp wet smell, i removed filters that looked as though hadnt been cleaned in months and so never used it. The room with lack of natural light was all week humid damp smell. The bathroom only had two small gu10 bulbs and one of those was broke, however with it been dimly lit it distracted your attention from the mould growing across the ceiling and plaster missing (i do have pics) TV not essential but all non english channels apart from sky news. The room door was somewhat small for the frame which you could see light around all four sides and a chain as secondary security. on a funny note the kettle had a short cable so wouldnt reach a socket unless holding it. Bed sheets did not get changed during the week but towels did to the maids credit for which they went in room each morning. The pool is clean but cold and goes from 1.25 mtr to 1.65mtr. Pool bar opens 10:00 with adjacent snack bar which cooked burgers while you wait from 11:00 ish. Staff were pleasant but i think the lack of conversation with them was due to their lack of english. Restaurant is very clean and as soon as a dirty plate is seen its taken away. Breakfast for me was poor choice but evening meal was so much more choice. I think the hotel is ok maybe 2.5-3.0 star, and assume in the height of summer it is too crowded with usual rush for favourite sunbed and position. Not the hotels fault but oh my gosh there are a lot of flys and creepy flying things. With it being last week of the season things were noticeably running down, fresh fruit and vodka i think being substituted with gin. once again credit and compliments to the staff but please get maintenance to sort out issues as this is what lets the place down.

We returned to this hotel mid September, where we met others and friends that had been to this hotel also many times. The hotel is away from the ***** so noise is not a problem in grounds surrounded by plants, amazing flowers, banana plants lemon, pomegranate and fig trees. Staff amazing especially the cleaners who work very hard keeping rooms clean, fresh towels daily. Restaurant food plenty of choice at lunchtime and evening with hot dishes as well as salads of varied varieties and the desserts too many to choose from as well as fresh fruit. The entertainment team were very friendly, polite with a good morning greeting everyday on passing you on your sunbeds. The best team that the hotel has ever had over the years, so a big thank you to the cheekiest twins Harry and Oscar and Selena for all your entertainment during our stay. Again we must thank Osman,Niyarzi, Ersen and all the restaurant staff including all the chefs, waiters, bar staff and the night receptionist who over the last 14 years we have seen excel in their work because they all work together as a very close team to run the hotel and sort out any issues that arise. Like lots of people who return to the Turquoise yearly, we know all the room blocks that we like, the clean pools, facilities on site and the welcoming staff that's why we return as we know what to expect and enjoy.

We visited as a family 5 adults in mid-September. We found the hotel to be very comfortable and clean with very friendly, helpful staff. The entertainment staff were absolutely brilliant. They took the time to learn everybody's name, and they spoke to everyone several times a day, but left you alone if that is what you wanted. Before we travelled, I had read some negative posts about the hotel, I would like to share my opinion on the following: FOOD: The hotel caters to European and Turkish tourists. There is no bacon, pork sausage, or roast pork on the menu. There were always several meat or fish options available for lunch and dinner, along with vegetarian options, salads, and soup. The pool snack bar offered pizza, burgers, pasta, chips, cheese sandwiches, and cake (from 4 p.m.). The Sunday Roast (beef, roast potatoes, and Yorkshire puddings) was about the best I have had in any holiday resort. ALCOHOL: The drinks included in the all-inclusive offer were local Gin, Vodka, Brandy, and Beer. Cocktails and branded spirits cost 150 turkish lira. SUNBEDS / LOUNGERS: As I am an early riser, there was no issue finding the sun loungers I wanted for the day. The popular poolside sun loungers were usually taken by 9 -9:30, and there were always plenty left that could be placed around the pool or on the grass. The pool area leaning staff removed towels (in to the lost property cage) that were there whilst they leaned the pool area around 7a.m. Finally, in my opinion, this hotel is not the place for you if you are looking for a full English breakfast every morning, of branded spirits. The on-site shop is more expensive than shops on the *****, but you can understand this as this is always the case in any hotel. A hot towel shave at the on-site hairdressers (£6) is a must.

I know I've rated this as 3* but it's 3 and a half * to be fair. Check in for a party of 9 people was good and quick. This was my second visit to this hotel, the first being very much the same as this although some things have improved since 2017. Rooms are quite spacious and always cleaned to a very high standard, (so do tip the cleaning lady, she's worth her weight in gold!). The beds we all found were very hard, Air Con excellent. Bathroom, Shower and toilet all good. Clean towels we had every day. A kettle for tea and coffee is provided with coffee-mate as milk. There is also a fridge but no freezer box. There is a safe in the room too, which we didn't use. Plenty of wardrobe space is provided and extra blankets are there too. A word about the rooms. They are all 3 bed rooms and there is no privacy or separation between the double bed and the single. This proved to be a bit of a problem for some of our party as we were told by our travel agent that it was a seperate room. So if you have a couple and say a brother, sister or child staying in one room, it can lead to a bit of a privacy conflict. The food is pretty good too, there's a great selection of tastes to suit almost every need, even vegans and you can always get a drink, to go with your meal, be it tea, coffee, a soft drink or wine or beer. So you won't go hungry or thirsty. You can get fresh bottled water at all bars and dining areas in this hotel The pool was very clean and the area around the pool was also kept clean and tidy. There are plenty of sunbeds by the pool but be warned, they go very quickly! A word of recommendation should go out to the poolside entertainments guys too. They were fun, funny and they even managed to get me taking part in the activities, (something I've never done before). These two young men are friendly and funny and they'll push you in the pool if you don't watch them. They made our holiday a lot more fun! You are allocated Towel Cards on arrival and you need these to get towels from an path leading off the poolside. If your lucky you might catch the Towel girl singing, she has a lovely voice. The Snack bar near the pool offers chips with anything including nice burgers etc. The Bar serves beer and certain spirits that are included in the all inclusive package but beware! If you are a whiskey drinker like me, that is one of the spirits not included. Also not included in the package are cocktails, so be warned. One of the real down sides of this holiday was the attitude of the bar staff. They were miserable and surely and that's the kindest way I can describe them! There is a strict midnight closure of the bar and when I say closure, I mean lights out and everything! Quite a few nights we were sat drinking using our phone lights to see, so if you want to have a late night go to another bar. We did not stay in the hotel to view the evening entertainment provided but we did hear from other holidaymakers that it was quite good. There is a shuttle bus that r

We stayed here as we were invited to a wedding being held in the grounds . We chose the boutique rooms overlooking the lovely adult only quiet pool. It is advisable to get there early as it did get quite busy. We are early risers so after a very good breakfast( perfectly cooked fried eggs and omelettes) we were happy to chill by the pool. Having the snack bar was ideal as I’m a prolific coffee drinker and noticed the burgers and chips looked good and seemed popular. We treated ourselves to a full package at the on-site spa. It was very clean, staff friendly and professional, and the massage really good. Great value too. The boutique rooms were lovely. Modern decor but comfortable and spotless. They were bigger than other places in that area which is a bonus if you’re relaxing watching tv. Osman the hotel manager is an absolute star, with a superb command of English, nothing is too much trouble and his smile and help is invaluable. As an all inclusive resort I think this ticks the boxes and offers families great value in a good quality environment. We shall return, the only difference - there will be more of us next time.

We went for a week September 2023 and had the best week, food wasn’t great and there wasn’t much entertainment on the evenings but I have to say Selena, Harry & Oscar were amazing and made the holiday great for us! They were friendly and welcoming to all guests and remembered everyone’s names any hotel would be lucky to have them ❤️
