Friendly and accommodating staff. The public bath was very nice...inside/outside arrangement. Note: only a few rooms had western style beds. Most of the rooms were tatami mats and bedding for the floor, a unique and enjoyable experience.

I made a last-minute reservation to take star system photos, and they supported me in every detail, from arranging my room to adjusting my food preferences. The flexibility of response was wonderful. I didn't like pork, but I was grateful that they changed the pot for dinner to seafood. You can see all directions from the observation deck, and it's time to choose a location for surrounding photography. It was about a 25 minute bus ride from Obihiro Station (500 yen), but please note that the buses don't run very often.
