The Hotel is located in a beautiful building in the heart of the city. The rooms are nicely decorated with quality fittings and furnishings and have great caracter. It is a no-frills modern offering with good underground car parking around the corner.

Brilliant location, great rooms, good breakfast, good price, good staff, no need to say anymore. My wife and I visited Oviedo early April, and looked for a central hotel, the Soho Boutique fitted the bill. The only worry was parking, but actually it was simple with a 24hr park just around the corner. Sited in the old town overlooking the cathedral it was perfect for a base to explore, with plenty of bars and restaurants close by.

The hotel is in the old town area of Oviedo and is within walking distance of most of the major attractions in the city. It is a beautiful, quiet little place with excellent customer service. The area is very safe, as well. Lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance also. I highly recommend!

We stayed in this hotel for exactly one night, we were booked for 3 but when we opened the door to our room we knew that our stay in the hotel was going to be a short one. As I read the reviews and see the pictures I have to ask, were we in the same hotel? We opted to throw away the cost of two nights (we asked to be refunded but we were told that they were unable to do that) and found much better accommodation elsewhere. The hotel and room were tired feeling, our courtyard view was a concrete slab surrounded by hotel rooms. It is hard to believe that this hotel has four stars. The is no bar, cafe or room service. A request for ice resulted in a cup of ice from the kitchen. We encountered two staff, one was lovely the other... not so nice. In no way were we made to feel welcome, appreciated or in any way worth having back. A disgrace.

Don’t judge this hotel on the bland reception area. We had a lovely room on the third floor with an amazing view of the cathedral and square. We didn’t eat there but instead enjoyed local bakeries for breakfast. Large bathroom and comfy beds. Staff very kind and helpful. Can recommend!

Very nice place with very friendly staff. Very good geographic location in central Oviedo . Near Parc, cathedral and living Center with restaurants and sidrerias.The most important places in Oviedo are reachable on foot .Parking nearby .

Had an extremely bad experience at the hotel. After I made the reservation I was informed that there might be some noise due to a local holiday. I only discovered in the early hours of the morning that the noise was until 4am so basically I didn’t sleep at all the 2 nights of my stay. Hotel staff were extremely unfriendly and arrogant and didn’t understand my concern. On top of it Internet didn’t work. The reply was that support is in Malaga and not working during weekends ! After checkout I spoke with manager Miriam which is definitely not suitable for this position. No understanding, no even a coffee as a compensation. The hotel is ok and well located, no doubt about. But be prepared if something goes wrong, no one will address your problem. Better look for other alternatives in Oviedo.

The hotel was a lovely, comfortable hotel in a good location. Good sized room, good shower and soft bedding. Great value for money and the staff were so helpful. Aircon worked well and had a great nights sleep after two weeks of walking.
