Room is pretty clean, which is same as the pictures. my friends and I are very satisfy. Householders are enthusiastic, offering a slap-up breakfast. Recommend to add grain into yogurt!

很喜歡這家中國老闆開的小巧的家庭式賓館，老闆娘佈置的很用心，餐廳一角也佈置的很温馨，房間的顏色很亮眼，選擇靠馬路上的房間不會很吵，陽光很好。洗水間熱水很熱，出門在外有這樣安全温暖的房間已經滿足了。感恩老闆娘熱情幫忙，看到我的行禮多直接讓我放一樓，出門幫忙叫車，感恩分享她在英國這十幾年的生活經歷，感恩遇見！

For a budget price I had a clean comfortable bed and good selection for breakfast. It is not high end luxury but at this price that is not what I expected. Check in details would have been preferred earlier than day of arrival. Owner was helpful when phoned with check in questions and later over trouble with getting TV to work. Convenient for transport into Oxford City.
