Sehr nette Gastgeberin, sehr zuvorkommender Frühstücksservice- es wurde auf Sonderwünsche eingegangen. Eine kleine Poolanlage mit Braabereich( der auch genutzt wurde); Vertrauensbar und Bücherecke . Im Zimmer recht alte Möbel( Schrank und Bettkästen), sehr bequeme Sessel und Küchenbereich mit Kühlschrank und Mikrowelle. Ausreichend europäische Steckdosen. Wasserkocher und löslichen Kaffee und Milchportionen , sowie Teebeutel vorhanden. Das Bad mit Badewanne und großer Dusche. Es gab sogar eine Outdoor Dusche ( Zimmer 4). Eine Terrasse mit Tisch und zwei Stühlen ( schattig gelegen) war bei bis zu 40 Grad Celsius ein angenehmer Aufenthaltsort. Die Zubringerstraße zwischen Autobahn und Paarl hörte man zwar, aber in der Nacht kaum Verkehr, daher nicht allzu störend. Alles in allem ein erholsamer Aufenthalt.

The way up to get to the place was very nice. Then we came at the lodge we were welcomed by the owner. She was very friendly and helped us to the beautiful room. The breakfast was fabulous. Super place to stay.

What an amazing find. Such a beautifully appointed place with a very accommodating host Jolanda. We really enjoyed our stay. An elegant and very comfortable room and superb breakfasts full of choice. I could not recommend Nuwerus any higher . A true delight to stay there.

We stayed at Nuwerus for a night when we attended a wedding in the area. Our host was most accomodating and organised an early checkin for us. The room was beautiful and way bigger then I was expecting. It was equipped with everything you could need. The bed was very comfortable and the aircon worked well in 38 degrees. Breakfast the nest morning was also excellent. I would definitely go back.

What a gem to have found. A stunning venue.lovely decor and great facilities. Really great breakfast served and wonderful host and staff. Jolanda could not have done more to make our stay comfortable.

Nuwerus Lodge was excellent. We stayed in nice little bungalows. Jolanda was a star, nothing was too much trouble. All staff very helpful & cheerful. The rooms were very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Cooked breakfasts were very good and taken outside. We would stay there again.

This is delightful guesthouse a short drive from the centre of Paarl. Located up a drive through the gardens in a fairly quiet spot. We were just off a long overnight flight into CapeTown so really appreciated relaxing on the shaded sunbeds next to the pool. Solar and battery backup to cover load shedding Our room was large (Deluxe King Room), very comfortable and well equipped. The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower powerful with loads of hot water all of the time. Breakfast was great and enjoyed on the terrace, honestly bar very handy and price reasonable. The real highlight was our lovely host Jolanda who could not do enough for us. Her days out and restaurant choices were spot on. We visited the beach on one day and even lent us a beach umbrella and seat which was really appreciated Highly recommended

We thoroughly enjoyed our second visit and the standards were equal to one year ago, superb. A nice welcome from Jolanda the owner. Convenient location for Paarl, the local wineries and Boland Park to enjoy cricket!

Located at the outskirts of Paarl this guesthouse is located at the entrance of the farm. Stayed here fir three nights with my family . Overall stay was great , hospitality by Jolande ditto and Paarl city centre aa well aa Stellenbosch and Franschhoek within easy reach . Nice warm and cold breakfast . We thought it offered value for money and can warmheartedly recommend it. We will be back
