The hotel was ok but I gave. $50 deposit that I was told I would get back after they made sure we didn't smoke in the room. When I went to check out they said the whole $50 went to sue charges and PARKING FEES!!!! So basically got ripped off for $50.

Staff was noisy and unprofessional. It was as if breakfast area was for them. Need hot breakfast ie. eggs etc, ever day

This hotel did not provide enough necessities, like wash clothes and cups. The only staff that was friendly and efficient was the check in person.
The property didn't feel real safe. Ibwas ablebto take my 2 dogs for their first trip, but I wasn't aware I had too pay extra fees.

Inadequate staff available at check-in. The one poor guy at the desk was checking in, helping to clean rooms, and trying to track down luggage carts.
Coffee maching in room had not been cleaned and still had the coffee packet from the previous guests.
Walls are very thin so noise fom hallways and adjacent rooms make sleeping difficult.
We were only there for one night, so it was adequate but not exceptional. Sorry to say, I would not recommend it.

Stepping into the room it was smell was overwhelming with some type of cleaning product. There was very little toilet paper on the rolls and no extra roll in the room. Mirrors were in odd places in the room. Wall plugs were hard to get to.

We were suppose to have 2 rooms in close proximity. One room was ready and the other wasn't. The gentlemen checking us in said he would make sure the 2nd room was nearby as requested on our reservation. Went back to get keys for the 2nd room and it was on a different floor. Employee said she didn't have another room anywhere else. The gentleman (manager) was no where to be found. They put half our group on a floor with no working elevator, despite informing them we had disabled people in our party. The rooms were not well cleaned. "Breakfast" was very limited and not good. Employees were making plates with what little was served & standing in hallway eating. Toaster didn't work. Pool was dirty and no seating for more than 4 people. Staff doesn't seem to care. This place needs some new management and major upgrades.
