I ordered a room with a view of the Eiffel Tower, and I was given a room on the top floor, but the price of 6k felt like a big mistake... There is no balcony, and only half of the tower can be seen from the window of the room, and the angle is particularly picky, the window It cannot be fully opened, so people and scenes cannot be photographed together. The side of the hotel is not busy, and it takes about 20 minutes to walk to the iron tower. The price/performance ratio is extremely low... There are many hotels with the same price, so I don't recommend it...

My recent stay at the Renaissance Paris Nobel Tour Eiffel Tower was deeply disappointing. This is my first time to give 1 star to a hotel. Firstly, a week before checking in, I contacted the hotel to inquire about a room upgrade. The response was a request for an additional 360 euros per night, a rate significantly higher than what was advertised online for the same room type. This discrepancy was alarming and felt like a blatant attempt to overcharge. Secondly, and more distressingly, was my experience with the promised late checkout. As a platinum member, I was initially reassured at check-in that a 4 pm late checkout would be accommodated when I checked in, which I planned my last day around, including train schedules and tour timings. However, upon returning to the hotel at 2:10 pm, my room key was deactivated, and the front desk informed me that my late checkout was not on file, effectively denying it. The staff's response was not only unhelpful but also dismissive, with a front desk employee doubting the veracity of my claim. This encounter was particularly frustrating and disappointing, given my 8-year loyalty to the Marriott brand worldwide. This level of service is a stark contrast to the professionalism and respect I've experienced at other properties. Due to time constraints in catching my train, I didn't argue further with the front desk. However, I did feel discriminated against regarding the matter.

My wife and I stayed for only one night, on our way back through Paris from the south of France. The hotel was a very pleasant surprise. It is a four star, but had better service and ammeneties than some five star hotels we have stayed in. Reception staff was very helpful and the concierge, Mehdi, was extremely so. We had a junior suite, so had plenty of room. (I know some other reviews have complained about the size of the standard rooms.) The room was updated, with enough convenient outlets for charging electronic devices (not always the case, even in five star properties). We did not have breakfast in the breakfast room or the charming courtyard, as we had to catch and early flight, but the room service breakfast was good and came on time. We had never stayed in the 16th before; it is a lovely neighborhood, convenient to the Arc de Triomphe and the Tour Eiffel (but not much else in terms of landmarks.)

We were upgraded - using suite upgrade certificates. As such, of course the room was nice and large for European standards. The room needed some minor maintenance attention, but for the most part it exceeded our expectations. The restaurant was not that good, but see for yourself. For example, the breakfast buffet eggs were the most watery/runny eggs I have ever seen and the “bacon” was not cooked as you would expect back in the U.S. - basically looked like *****s of raw fat. Obviously, since breakfast was presented that way every morning for 5 mornings, it must be a style thing - but not palatable for us, maybe for others. However, the pastries were very good! The two great things this property has going for it is the staff and location. I have not experienced such friendly and helpful staff at a hotel in years. Well done! The location is great too. A beautiful quiet and safe neighborhood with tons of places to eat nearby. The main attractions are a 10-15 minute walk or a 10/15E Uber ride away. It was so easy to get to everything. We would definitely stay here again! Great memories!

We just returned from a great six-night stay at this hotel. Our room was in the building behind the lobby which made it really quiet--no street noise. The room was updated and clean. The neighborhood is not the most central for Paris, but it is super nice and safe--lots of restaurants and cafes within 10 minutes walking distance. The highlight of our stay was working with the hotel's concierge--Gael and his team, including Lea and Lisa, were some of the best I've ever worked with. We communicated extensively before our arrival (always receiving prompt and thorough responses from Gael and team), and upon our arrival, all of our reservations and tickets that the concierge had coordinated were well-organized and waiting for us. The concierge team at this hotel is truly a gem, such a pleasure to work with, and for that reason alone, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
