worst place very cheap place and it was expensive. Breakfast we were told wasn't included but when I booked the hotel online it said breakfast included from that moment everything follow it negatively.

Be careful if booked through Eurostar - we arrived at 11pm at night and they had our booking, but made us pay 330 euros as they said they hadn’t received the payment for the package. This was eventually sorted, but only after 3 days and with no real apology - they really didn’t see this as a problem. The hotel itself was decent, breakfast was good and typical of a euro break. The room was very small, but fine for what we needed and the location was excellent for all the main attractions of Paris, as long as you use the Metro.

Very friendly and helpful staff. We had a ground floor room which was a little dark. Train noise but we didn't mind that. Good for the price, convenient location.

Really good stay with the team at this hotel. Everyone very helpful and made our family feel very welcome. Could not fault hotel cleanliness and breakfast was really good ! Would return and recommend - great location in the 9th District and close to the Metro.

Super location, and Nice room. Friendly service. On other hand hand you can har everyrhing at the hotel, as well as the metro rumbles in the whole building. There is glass door in to the toilet wich is the worst idea ever.

The hotel is in a good area and was comfortable for the most part - however for the duration of my 3 nights I had no hot water in my room, the issue was not fixed despite alerting the reception staff each morning, upon check out I was told that it was an ongoing issue and no compensation was offered for the discomfort and inconvenience

This hotel is in a GREAT location. As a Mother & daughter looking for a safe, clean, conveniently located hotel at a good price to explore Paris, we were delighted with our stay here. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great. Would definitely stay here again!

Well located in Pigalle area, between two undergroud stops ( Pigalle and Sain George) Small Hotel and small rooms with a friendly staff both at reception and housekeeping dpt. Breakfast, served at the basement in a small but very coll old cellar, it could be improoved in food quality. Room clean, some more clothes hangers in room and some towel hangers in bathroom, can help the guests to have a feeling of more confortable stay. I will come back!
