Great hotel for families. Rooms very comfortable and clean. Katerina is very helpful and effective. No restaurant at the hotel, but a number of take out possibilities. Katerina was very helpful. Nice pool and many places to hang, in the sun or in the shade.

Lovely staff and a superb welcome. Maria’s smile every day made the world seem a better place. Beautiful pool and pool area with really comfortable sun beds. 12 minute level walk from port. Good location - very quiet. Room comfortable and clean.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had to for Villa Katerina. My stay was amazing, the pool area etc is lovely and room was very clean and just what I needed as a solo traveller. Great location, very close to the beach and restaurants/bars etc. and good amenities nearby. Katerina and Mario were so lovely and very helpful if you need recommendations/assistance etc. nothing was too much. I 100% will be back! Great value for money and just a really lovely experience. Thank you for having me Villa Katerina!

We called in at short notice as the hotel we booked did not meet our expectations. Very accommodating and offered us the last room that was available. Really friendly and informative. Room was really nice. Pool area is great and private. You can order food around the pool which is delivered from a local restaurant/cafe. Prices are really reasonable. Also spotlessly clean. Thank you for helping us out at short notice.

Booked for 5 nights stayed for 10 as loved it so much. Perfect location near to the beach, restaurants, bars and a short walk to the port and the stunning old town. The hosts are amazing so friendly, welcoming and helpful. The rooms are immaculately clean and are serviced well every day. Our room was extremely spacious and modern with everything you need. TV, fridge, kettle, small hob, sandwich maker, hairdryer, plenty of plates, pots, pans and utensils. A lovely balcony to sit in the morning sunshine. The rooms are beautiful, bright and airy. The swimming pool is amazing with very comfortable loungers and plenty of places to sit in the sun or shade. You can get cold drinks and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. This is the perfect place to stay if visiting Paros, you really won't find a better. I highly recommend it to everyone and will definitely return with my family. Thank you to our fantastic hosts for a wonderful holiday. 10/10!!!!!!

We spent four days at Villa Katerina and would definitely recommend this accommodation. It is in a great location only a short walk from the port, bus station and restaurants etc. The pool area is lovely and the room was quite small but very clean (cleaned every day too) and had everything we needed. Unfortunately our air con wasn’t working during our stay (it was very hot!!) but once we reported this it was quickly resolved and the male manager was great. The lady on check in was very helpful - giving us tips on how to get the bus to the nicest beaches etc which was greatly appreciated. Would highly recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to return if we return to Paros.

Studio in posizione strategica a pochi minuti di camminata dal lungomare di Parikia e dal centro città. La struttura è inoltre molto vicina alla strada principale, dove sono localizzati molti supermercati. La camera non era molto grossa, sicuramente uno spazio esterno avrebbe aiutato. Tuttavia la abbiamo trovata molto pulita ogni giorno. Inoltre è a disposizione degli ospiti una piscina di fronte all’hotel.

Siamo stati a Villa Katerina per 5 notti. La posizione è perfetta, si raggiunge a piedi dal porto in 10min e sempre a piedi si riescono a raggiungere supermarket, bakery molto fornita e tutti i ristorantini sul lungomare la sera. Katerina e il ragazzo della reception sono meravigliosi! Ci hanno dato tantissimi consigli su spiagge, ristoranti ecc e ci hanno prenotato lo scooter prima del nostro arrivo. La camera era moderna, confortevole e pulitissima, veniva pulita e anche gli asciugamani cambiati ogni giorno. Non posso giudicare la piscina perché non ne abbiamo usufruito ma gli orari di apertura sono buoni ed era a 30m dalla nostra camera quindi comoda. Tutto veramente meraviglioso!
