Great hotel for family. My kids enjoyed the pool and it’s slides. Their petting zoo is amazing. The room design looked dated but still very comfortable. The garden within the hotel is huge and beautiful, the management did a great job balancing the lush greenery with amenities. Karon beach is just crossing a road. This is best beach in Phuket, with white powdery sand and Amazing sunset. I would choose this hotel again when I back in Phuket.

The hotel is sitting on an pretty sizeable campus, but the curved design helps to manage walking distance between different facilities. There a few swimming pools on site, as well as restaurants if you like to stay on the property. You can easily take a Tutu or taxi from the beach entrance. There used to be a TOPS convenience store according to Google map but it is gone now. Hotel is old with facility in the home. Phone is like still in the 90s. Bathroom was done probably 10 years ago. Their toothpaste comes with a tiny drop it bearly covers one time usage. Overall if you like big hotels this is it. But room is getting old. Will I go back again? Probably not.

Reserved the Deluxe Seaview Room for 5D4N with my husband. From check in till check out, the service was exceptional. The receptionist (Mon) was fluent in english and escorted us to our room on the 5th floor. Unlike other hotels around, there’s an elevator in this hotel so you don’t have to worry about climbing the stairs. The bellboy also helped carry our luggage into the room and load our luggage into the car when we check out. Lobby: Cozy, with many sofas, pool table & foosball table. Room: Spacious room with partial sea view from the balcony. It also feels great to sleep on the cozy king bed after a full day tour. The TV only has cable channels, but we’re mostly outside so it wasn’t much of an issue. All the light switches & alarm clock is by the bedside which is very convenient. Smoking: They provide ashtray to smoke on the balcony. Bathroom: Spacious & clean, with bidet spray. Shower area & bathtub is separated. The water heater is easily adjustable and heats up very fast. Toiletries such as shampoo, shower gel & toothbrush is provided. Breakfast: Buffet style breakfast with Asian & Western cuisine. If you’re a muslim, do note that there are some pork dishes. You can avoid eating the porridge/bacon/meat. Surrounding: The hotel is situated on top of the hill away from the hustle & bustle. Hourly shuttle van to Kata Beach is provided for free. It’s possible to walk to the beach as it’s only 5 minutes away. However the slope is quite steep. There’s so much to explore while walking. Kata Walking Street & Karon Plaza/Beach is within walkable distance from the hotel. There’s also restaurants, ATM, minimarts, clothing stores & bars nearby. Central Phuket & Jungceylon is around 20-30 minutes by car. It takes about 1-2 hours to get here from Phuket International Airport depending on the traffic. Activities: VR games, yoga, cooking class & underwater scooter rental are available at additional cost. Staff: Very polite, friendly and fluent in English. Always greeted us with a smile. The restaurant staffs are very service oriented & housekeeping did a fantastic job in making up our room everyday. Cons: Insects on the balcony, especially lizards at night. Just close the balcony door & it won’t enter the room. Overall we enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this hotel.

Good location. 5 minute walk to the beach. Easy access to taxi's and tuk tuks right outside the hotel. Hotel is ”tired ” looking - several areas in need of repair around the pool (damaged tiles etc) jacuzzi didn't work. The shower in the room was shocking. Very low pressure and temperature changed from hot to cold throughout the shower. The glass door also wasn't long enough so the bathroom floor was soaked after every shower. Room very basic however clean enough. Lighting in the room was too low also which made the room seem rather dark. Robes,slippers and toiletries all provided and kept full throughout stay. More a 3 star resort than 4 in current condition

My sister and I stayed over the Easter as we couldn’t get into another hotel for that weekend once we got into the other hotel we both wished we had of stayed at Phuket island view, all the staff were welcoming, obliging, helpful and friendly. The lady at the tour desk was really helpful and the girls for our foot massage was incredibly amazing. The pool was so clean. Housekeeping had room clean quickly and early so no waiting around, I wish I had left a bigger tip for them. The food at windows was great too even the coffee. We both will come back as the whole feel for the area was very comfortable and had a great community feel with small local restaurants and market sellers.

We feel at home, we are so used to casa brazil that we find it hard to give it up. We know the roads around them, the services, restaurants, beaches .... where to take the tuk tuk, really comfortable. Walk to karon beach and kata beach in a snap. The only flaws, this year breakfast was not included, and the wifi that worked very badly, otherwise rooms made up every day, as well as free bottles of water. The hotel is very good. As soon as I made the reservation, the owner of the hotel in China came to join the WeChat group and arranged a pick-up vehicle. There was a little hiccup in the middle, but the boss had a great attitude towards solving it and deserves recognition! The hotel is located in the core of Karon Beach. There is a beach outside the hotel and it is very close to the central business district. The advantage of the hotel being close to the beach is very outstanding. You can go back at any time to change clothes and take a rest. If it is far away, you need to make further arrangements. The hotel's breakfast is very rich, with two extremely fast coffee machines and a toaster. The hotel has two swimming pools. There are not many people using the swimming pool. Everyone likes to go surfing in the sea. Karon Beach is relatively gentle and not crowded. All the children had a good time. The hotel is very simple in style, and the decoration style may be a few years old. If you are particularly looking for luxury, you may consider it again, but the overall hotel facilities next to the beach may not be too new. There are a few good restaurants at the door. There is a Thai fruit pancake next to it that is good. Be careful with the juice store next to it. I have drank too much juice in the past few days. This one should be counted down. There is a night market there. If you are not tired at night, you can go shopping. It is just in time for Christmas and New Year's Eve, and it is very lively.

Had a great stay at the hotel, spacious rooms and lovely swimming pools and pool bars. We would’ve loved to see more pictures f a variety during breakfast time, too many of the same dishes especially since we stayed for 5 nights. Better shuttle service to the beach would’ve been great too, there are only 4 opportunities each day to take the shuttle bus to the beach nearby and back to the hotel. We stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn in Bang Tao and they had a shuttle service going to the market and beach at all times, this made it just nicer to plan your day and a wonderful extra service from the Hilton. Rooms have very little privacy, although the views are incredible, you have to keep your blinds closed at all times otherwise the room opposite you can look directly into your bedroom which just spoiled having these great windows and views. Overall good stay and was quite relaxing, friendly and helpful staff.

I’ve stayed in this gorgeous little hotel for 9 days with my mum, as part of her Birthday Trip in South East Asia and loved every single moment of our time there. Actually for the 1st time I felt like staying in someone’s private, luxurious home rather then the hotel. Mom Tri’s Villa is beautifully furnished in traditional Thai style, very functional on every level and provides it’s guests with possibly one of the best views on Phuket, thanks to it’s picturesque location on a little cliff overlooking Kata Noi Beach and the Andaman Sea. We’ve chosen to stay in an Ocean Wing for the ultimate privacy and tranquility and couldn’t have made a better choice. The staff were all lovely - friendly and approachable. Thank you for a little Birthday treat for my mum - she loved it and so did I. We already miss this little piece of Thai paradise and wouldn’t hesitate for a moment to visit again in the future.

Good budget room, no frills. Cleaning every two to three days. The air conditioner worked well, it hangs above the bed, but does not blow on the bed itself - it was comfortable to sleep. The staff was responsive, there was a flight delay, I wrote to the hotel before departure, we arrived at 2 a.m. and they were waiting for us - thank you very much for that! Excellent location, everything is nearby, the sea is 10 minutes walking distance. Restaurants, cafes, 7/11 - all within walking distance. We had a room with a view of the mountains and the river, we slept well.
