Clean but just so tired… This hotel needs revamping and caring for. Honestly wouldn’t need that much effort. Paintwork inside and out looking dingy & unattractive. Lift needs attention, shaking and shuddering. In our room: Sheets & towels were lovely and clean. Extra pillows provided on request. But: Lampshades loose and wobbly. Toilet flush broken & held together with tape. Shower curtain needs replacing with a glass door. No fridge (minor but would be useful) TV not up to date, no HDMI socket. Stained carpet & bedcover. Trailing wires in the weird light fitting above the table.

Nicely Positioned Hotel in Piacenza provided us with chance to go dailz downtown and enjoz it The personnel was kind and mostlz spoke English. Provided assistance with VF. The brakfast was ok and in the vicinitz there are a couple of good places to eat. We enjozed our 3 dazs. The surrounding of the hotel could be more tidz. Shoping centre nearbz is useful.

Having read some of the reviews here, I must say I was slightly nervous about our stay. There was no need to worry at all..this is a really nice hotel. Ok I take the point that it is slightly shabby and could do with some TLC but the bedroom we were allocated was huge and very clean. The breakfast is great, plenty of choice and, without exception, the staff are lovely, a big thank you to the lovely young woman on reception with perfect English. The location is also good with a huge choice of restaurants and shops on your doorstep. We were really happy with or stay and would not hesitate to stay again.

Italian staff always helpful & obliging. But the property surrounds in need of a major clean up. Tatty is probably a fair assessment. Underground security car park good to have.

Old and dirty hotel. I found the facility and service extremely poor. Of the 3 stars, 2 are certainly too many. The breakfast was also decidedly poor, nothing hot was offered to us even though when we went out we saw that the bar was there and was open.
