Everything was great at Quality Inn in Plano-Dallas. The staff were nice and helpful. The room was clean, the decor was dated, but the room and breakfast buffet area was all clean. The breakfast buffet included fresh fruit, make-your-own waffles, cereals, oatmeal, juices, sliced bread, and jellies. Plus, the hotel is located next to several lunch and dinner restaurants.

For an older facility, it had all the comfort. Great bed, shower, thermostat control, etc. Could not have been more happy with my one night stay.

Staff was very attentive and friendly. The hotel is very clean. Rooms are very clean, very large, with comfortable beds, and fitted with big screen upgraded TVs, a microwave ahd medium size fridge. Lots of shopping centers close by and great selection of restaurants in nearby Carrollton - all within a 10 minute drive.

We stay at the hotel often. The staff is very nice and the rooms are quiet. Good location tucked away from the rush of the city. They could add water as an option at the breakfast, this visit there was nothing but coffee to drink. Cold water is always appreciated. Also - bring your own coffee, theirs is weak.

There were no washcloths in the room when I arrived. Told the desk and received a supply.
One morning the elevator was broken, however it was fixed by the time I finished breakfast.
There was a rain and the area where I parked had standing water deep enough to come over my shoe.
I was surprised to find that there are no towel racks.in the bathroom.
The things that were good were the room, the staff, the location. I slept well all 4 nights. The bed and pillows were great. I do not recall ever sleeping so well away from home.

THE BAD: The towels were the worst quality I have ever had. They were barely big enough to cover an adult body and thinner than the bath rug. The AC unit was too loud. THE GOOD: the room had a very comfortable sofa/sitting area. Breakfast options were as expected. The in room frig and microwave were good sizes.

It was quiet. The carpet in hallway was stained. My room was clean, bed was comfy. It smelled a little musty at first. Turning on air conditioning helped. The food was typical free breakfast.Would havebeen nice to have fresh fruit. The apples appeared aged.
