Friendly staff, the beds are not comfortable at all. If you like to sleep on a slab of concrete then you’ll enjoy it.

The room was very clean however the air DID NOT work. I called the front desk and told them the air would not come on. I was told there were no other rooms to move to and they would send someone if they could find them. I then called sometime later and asked if they had a fan that we could use. The front desk called back and informed us that they did not have a fan and could not find someone to look at the air. It was very late at this point and we suffered through it. We left very early in the morning instead of going down stairs to enjoy breakfast. Honestly I would have asked for a refund but what’s the point. No one checked back in or offered a solution. I will not stay there again!

We loved pretty much everything about this hotel, from the gentleman at the front desk to the pleasant scent that hits you when you walk in. The only downside was that the bathroom sink is awkwardly small and even a simple task like brushing your teeth is strange...just not a lot of room to work with.

Clean, modern, but grim. On gray, cold days, it’s tough to walk into the room with brown floors/walls and all neutral dark tones and feel positive.

The location is great and just so accessible to everything. Staff was friendly too. My only complaints are that:
1.) the sink is the bathroom is a terrible design. It’s pushed too close to the wall under the mirror, shaped weird and gets water absolutely everywhere.
2.) this hotel has an industrial look, which is cool. However, the walls and floors in the room are completely bare except for one or two small art pieces and a rug. Because of this, everything echoes and you can easily hear private conversations in other people’s rooms as you walk by.

This was our second time here and we loved it. The only thing that was a bummer was the reason we like to stay here is because they have chargers onsite. Of the three chargers, one wasent working and the other two always had the same cars parked there the entire day and throuhh the night. Almost like the vehicles belonged to employees or staff who worked there. Overall the stay was still great!
