Fantastic value for money in a great location for visiting Plymouth

From the station, walk up the slope for about 20 minutes.
The room is spacious, but the toilet and shower curtain smell so bad I can't say anything about it.
The heating in the room didn't work well so I woke up feeling cold.
I think it's okay if it's just for sleeping, but the noise from the hallway can be heard a lot.

Very clean and comfortable room. Excellent staff - the service from the receptionist on check in was very helpful and supportive. A large bedroom and well equipped bathroom with all the facilities that you need. I am a regular traveller to Plymouth and this location is perfect for an easy journey to the Brittany Ferries terminal

Staff were very welcoming extremely helpful. The room was very clean comfortable and quiet a very pleasant night's stay. I have stayed before and had a pleasant stay that is why I returned for the same experience........................

Very clean, comfy room. Great walking location from the city centre. Staff are lovely and friendly. Also, a really big thank you to Demi. I really wanted a bottle of water and the vending machine were out. She very kindly got me one from the kitchen :)

We had a very comfy stay, the room was very clean and the hotel was very quiet so we had a very restful night's sleep. We had a smooth check in and there were extra milk, tea, coffee, sugars on the reception when we came back in at night. There was a long stay carpark across the road that was £13 for 24 hours. We would definitely stay again.

I found reception staff Sabina, Jailice and Rickell were very approachable creating a friendly atmosphere. They were incredibly helpful, and went out of their way to ensure my issue was dealt with quickly and professionally, working together as a team they came up with a clever solution to solve the problem.
