It’s an alright hotel, the reception service was very polite and helpful. I would say that the pros of staying at the Portal Ville were the pool and bar area, the leisure space (has two jacuzzis and a pool table), the breakfast was nothing crazy but it was good and how neat and clean the room was. The Standard room was nothing special as well, just two single beds made into one and three pillows. The room does not come with an iron for clothes. The cons of staying here were the weak Wi-Fi and data service signal, its distance from the beach here in Mundiai (about 3-4 blocks) thus the wait time to get an Uber can take more than ten minutes.

Muito bom agradável atendimento muito bom pelo Nelio e a equipe voltarei mais vezes limpesa excepcional comida ótima perto da praia. Piscinas excelente jacuzzi bem aquecidas nossa amei muito mesmo principalmente a munqueca de peixe que tava uma delicia

Barulho 24 horas no quarto 152 vindo de cima,travesseiro mofado fedendo. Café da manhã muita mosca posando nas coisas. Piscina estava com a borda cheia de gordura.ficamos dois dias sem Internet e funcionários da recepção disse que teria que esperar por que quem mexia estava de folga

Quarto 152 muito barulho vindo de cima 24 horas, ficamos 2 dias sem internet, pedíamos para resolver e o funcionário disse que quem mexia estava de folga e tínhamos que esperar. Travesseiros e colchão estavam mofados e com cheiro horrível. Café da manhã todos os dias tinha muita mosca posando nas comidas. Piscina estava com a borda suja e não podia brincar de bola mais tinha mulheres fumando e comendo dentro da piscina.

Aceptable la experiencia, de todas las veces que he viajado a porto seguro, éste hotel fue correcto, la gente que atendía era bastante desabrida, solo 1 de los chicos era amable y se esforzaba por entendernos, al igual que el mozo del restaurante, muy amable y simpático como los que servían el desayuno. Mi consejo es que pongan todo en caja de seguridad porque yo tuve faltantes de $$ igualmente, no dije nada a la administración porque yo no había usado la caja de seguridad, la verdad es que de todas las veces que fuí a otros hoteles, nunca la usé, nunca me faltó nada y me confié de eso... y explicar en otro idioma todo eso, era demasiado, lo otro correcto es que nadie te toque nada.
